This company is awesome. I bought a select adjustable gas block from them and launched the adjustment screw down my lane at the range (100% my fault) I contacted Justin from their customer service, he was great! Super fast response to my email and was super helpful. I couldn't stress enough how great they are!

I went in with a trigger issue from an older model of rifle. They could have replaced the trigger or repaired it. Instead they replaced my whole rifle with an updated model due to the issues I had with my own. Super solid of them. Especially considering Im the 2nd owner of this rifle. Its nice seeing people back their products to this extent. I will definitely be going through them for my next rifle build as well.

Purchased a Havak Bravo through a dealer. Rifle had a problem with the extractor. Contacted Seekins and they paid for shipping both ways and fixed the problems and went beyond that and polished the chamber and put on a new bolt handle. Also gave me some swag as well. Best customer service I have had probably and I own a lot of different rifles and manufacturers. Second to none couldn't recommend more.

These guys have now told me 2-3 times that my warranty item will be shipped out next morning. I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone for a while now and am now concerned with getting it back at all. Their work I’ve heard is good but have yet to see it for myself.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! first off, fit-and-finish on every product I bought from them is on par with the best quality I've seen on the market. Great designs that not only look good but also improve performance in meaningful ways. The only thing better than their products is their customer service. I bought a handguard on a Saturday from a third-party and found out that the store had lost the barrel nut and screws. I called and got in touch with seekins during the weekend, and they promptly mailed the parts out for free along with a bunch of extra swag. It was the best experience I've had in the industry, definitely buy from Seekins! 👍👍

Their innovative engineering drew me to them. Just understand if you have a function problem with your new firearm, customer service won’t pick up the phone or return a call. Caveat emptor…. you’re on your own. Going back to legacy firearm makers.

I purchased a Havak PH1 and discovered a minor issue with the magazine a few days before a scheduled antelope hunt. I called into customer service and they had a resolution during that same call. If you’re on the fence with any of their products—just do it! I can attest that your investment will be well placed into a quality product and company.
