I have 4 small children and homeschool them. We come here FOR the children’s area. The newer larger woman in the kids area is extremely unfriendly and cold. She seems extremely boring and BORED with everyone she meets. It seems as if she’s never been around children. She doesn’t even say, “Hello” when people walk in. Honestly, my kids are starting to want to go to Fountain library more and when I asked why they responded “that lady there is mean.” The other thinner lady is a total DOLL and we love her so much. I’ve never had a single complaint about this place and I’ve lived here my entire life but this lady is truly awful.

Awesome customer service and incredibly easy to get a couple of services completed today. We travel around the country a lot and from time to time we need to print and/or copy something. Never had an issue at any public library I’ve gone to for these services, but Security just set the bar a bit higher. Printing and copying services were incredibly easy and inexpensive for this out of town guest and the staff were wonderful. Good job all!

This is not a huge library but regardless the location is perfect. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Parking is very easy. Bathrooms are perfect. Books are easy to find and internet is just the right speed.

This is a small and well-equipped library with the most friendly and helpful staff!

This library has been instrumental in getting my small business going. They have a lot of computers vs patrons so there is virtually never a wait to use a computer. The cost of printing, scanning, faxing, etcetera is a tiny fraction of what it would cost to do the same job at the UPS store or a Kinko's.

If you need an odd piece of office equipment you don't own (guillotine paper cutter, 3 hole punch, flamethrower, etc.) to do a project they'll let you use theirs. Can't figure out how to format something to print a certain way? They'll happily instruct you and come up with solutions that makes you want to dole out high-fives. Best library I've ever had the pleasure of being in.

The library is in the Security community center building and there are two playgrounds, a very affordable pool with an outdoor splash park, a gym complex and walking trails around the nearby sports fields. There are all sorts of fun family things to do on the same property!

Best place ever! The people and librarians are so nice and a whole lot of fun! I love the activities, and they always have some really great books and suggestions! It's a great quiet place to study and to work. I have to say this is one of my favorite places EVER! Plus it is a place where kids can come and have fun, and learn how to read.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of classes, which is great! The bookmobile was a great addition. It helps people who don't have access to the library get the books they need.
