I highly recommend Sax Alley! Roy, Mendy and Steven are absolutely lovely and a pleasure to work with. Steven did some amazing work on my horns, my treasured Mark VI tenor is playing like dream and Steven also found an issue with my Bari that multiple techs never found. Talk about dedication and true attention to detail! Even picked up a great used Yamaha alto while I was in the shop. Well worth the drive from Bailey. Thank you so much Sax Alley team, you have a customer for life!

Fantastic local business catered directly to saxophonist! The owners are so nice and knowledgeable. They are always helpful in demoing their stock of saxes. I also can’t say enough about their repair department - they took my 20 year old Cannonball to clean and restore it fully and it’s playing better than ever. Not to mention they did the repair at a far more reasonable rate than others quoted in the area!

I bought a sax from them some time ago. I received the instrument with a bump and the case with a broken handle. I emailed them several times, they never even bother to offer me a solution. I ended up paying for the damaged instrument myself. This is not a serious and honest business. I never bought anything else from them.
