this store is very hit or miss with the employees. i’ve been there on days where someone helps me out with finding the perfect hair color, gives great advice on hair and nail care, etc. but i’ve also been there on days when they randomly close the store for 30 minutes at a time with just a sign on the door, and are not very sympathetic or helpful about it. the store seems very understaffed, but they’ve also told me they’re not hiring. good store with good employees, but management seems to be lacking.

I haven’t been to this location in months because the customer service was not great. This time when I went in I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and knowledgeable Jeremy was about color and perms!!! I was very impressed. Jeremy would be great in a leadership role at this store to set a good example for others. Thank you for your help! I will be back.

Every Sally Beauty store I've been to in the past gets 5 stars...that is, until today. First, the store was closed from 4:00-5:00, and while it did open promptly at 5:00, this information was not posted on Google. Second, the store employee didn't say a word to anyone once the store did open. Unlike the other stores I've been to, there was no greeting or offer to help. Rather, she stuck her nose in an iPad. That being said, I found what I needed and for a good price.

It had a sign saying understaffed and closed on a Sunday around noon. Ridiculous, I came out of my way for hair dye, and it's listed as open.

Update hours on maps or hire people.

It makes me want to buy stuff elsewhere since this location has become so unpredictable.

The last time I came by, it was closed too; robbery or something. Don't blame them. They should be open on weekends period. If low on staff cut hours in mornings. So annoyed

The woman who owns the shop is amazing. She's so kind and extremely knowledgeable. She helps me out every month I stop in to buy color. She helps you find deals and what will work best for you. She's awesome, her staff is wonderful as well. Grateful she keeps me from destroying my hair on my own lol. Will tell everyone and be returning always

I went in to grab It’s a 10 products and got some fabulous recommendations from a fellow blonde. She was amazing and I left with so many new finds. She knows her stuff and her hair looked like it was out of a fashion magazine. It was such a pleasure to meet someone that knew about hair products and raved about them. She is a true gem & I highly recommend this place.

Good selection, very friendly staff and never too crowded. I gave it a slightly lower review because many times while shopping here I feel slightly over helped, like every 3 minutes someone asking if I am finding everything ok, which I know is because of their constant struggle with theft at stores like this sadly, but it can get a little overdone. No one's fault (except the people stealing) and I still recommend them, just something to be aware of if ur someone who prefers to be left alone while shopping.

I came into the store to buy hair extensions which I’ve never done before and Grey and Aubrey were amazing. They helped me pick out the best choice for my engagement pics and wedding, matched my hair and took time to explain how they work to me. They were very complimentary and friendly, one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had!
