We loved our stay at Roundhouse. We knew the property was not new but everything was very well maintained. The hot tub was huge and heated perfectly. We used the grills, pool, hot tub and a couple rounds of miniature golf. We also love to hike and there are several trails about five minutes away by car. If we needed anything the staff was quick to respond. The grounds were beautifully kept. We felt like we were staying in the forest.

We come up here about once or twice a year and always say here.

We found it by accident during our first trip, and we've never looked anywhere else since.

Beautiful property, lovely cabins. Plenty of activities on the grounds for the family to enjoy. Out door grills in abundance.

Indoor pool and Jacuzzi.

I love how it's like being in a one or two bedroom apartment with full appliances and such.

Quiet and peaceful, a very pleasant time all around when we come here.

Management could use a lot of training in customer service and hospitality. The family we traveled with pre-booked stating they had a dog and were prepared to pay the stated deposit. When we got there management extremely rudely accused their family of not telling them they were bringing a dog and that they were “blind sighted” and they were not allowed to have a dog in the room they were assigned treating them like criminals and taking no accountability for the misunderstanding that took place most likely on their part.
Also found a black hair in the “clean” pull out couch sheets and a dirty shower liner covered in the last guests soap.
The only thing that saved this trip was the amenities that our kids were able to enjoy.

The lodge is very outdated, old and dirty stay only in the units out of the lodge. Beds are hard, needs an upgrade some units are upgraded. My brother got a decent unit outside the lodge. The fireplace doesn't work in the lodge either. Need to be closed until all units are renovated including the entire lodge.

Beautiful place to stay. Elevation is almost 7000 feet so we got over 6 inches of snow. Was so beautiful. Staff helped shovel stairs and walkways. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place. The utensils and cookware definitely needed to be updated. The direct tv service was 1 out of 10. A tree was blocking the satellite dish. There was a gas fire pit. which was nice, but the wooden chairs produced many splinters in our backside. The pool was nice , and the grill areas were great.

Positive: Indoor Swimming pool Negative: The kitchen had one frying pan and when I went to make the sofa bed there was food underneath it from the previous tenants.
