I usually never leave reviews. But yesterday, Saturday December 21st, at around 4 PM, there was only one cashier. She was a very nice lady, and she had a positive attitude. She had glasses and long brown hair, and she said she usually is in the back, not cashiering. The Assistant manager was gone for a long time, and he came after many of us were waiting in line for 45+ minutes. I told the lady she needed a raise because she was still doing more transactions than the AGM! Just know she is appreciated and she is the one reason I'm giving 2 stars and not one! Ross needs to stop abusing their employees in the middle of holiday season.

I accidentally broke a whole bottle of oil this evening.. so naturally I told someone and they were super chill about it. I offered to just pay for it and they said it was ok and no worries. Really appreciate not making a huge deal about it. Thanks y'all!
