I've seen a lot of negative reviews, but I didn't have any of those experiences. From check-in to check out, everything was seamless.

The room was clean and taken care of. The bathroom was clean and pleasant. There were plenty of towels and amenities like that.

I would stay here again.

The bathroom tub was filled with mildew, and there was grime all over the toilet. There was hair in the sink, and the bed had very very questionable stains. The customer service was subpar. When we told the front desk about the room smelling like smoke we were told we booked a smoking room, when we had not. The place is not worth the price at all. We found a way better hotel for a cheaper price. I repeat do not stay here! If i could give a rating of less than one star i would.

Positive: The technology used at this hotel is consistently unreliable. An investigation is needed into their actions and embezzlement of our funds. Negative: Scott the hotel attendant lied, and lied about how he couldn't find reservation, he lied about how the hotel phone could call out, he lied about the 800 number being long distant. He just lied, lied, lied. And he stood there flatuating.

I am a frequent flyer at this property because it is cheap. The previous stay I had dealt with BED BUGS in my unit and I had to force the office staff to come to the front to pay for my items to be cleaned and relocate me because the kiosk never answers the calls. Fast forward to my most recent stay, booked for 6 nights. Neighbor had a dog in their room and its a no pets allowed property. The thing was barking all day in its cage and into the night as late as midnight every single night. Hotel staff acknowledged my complaint day one and never fixed it. Called every day and nobody answered until friday. Corporate will not offer me a resolution and neither will the hotel or priceline. I've filed a complaint with the BBB about this and am not sure if I will stay here again, this is the final straw for this already run down falling apart property.

No clean 1st floor rooms available as we requested, bed frame was broken, microwave was dirty and had no plate, toilet ran constantly, deadbolt on door wouldn't bolt into frame, bathroom door would close, roome booked for 4 people and we were only given 2 towels.

This place is a dump! One of the worst places I have ever stayed! Door in the bathroom has loose hinges and won’t shut properly. Disgusting stains on the curtains, floors were dirty, tub was dirty and had a missing handle to get out, people who seem to live here in the motel or long term residents coming and going all night talking loud and slamming doors. Every time we went outside they stared at us like we were intruding on their turf. We were told we would have a fridge that was false. Good thing we had a cooler with ice. I think it’s pretty chicken for the manager not to be at the desk during check in and have to use a stupid kiosk or whatever you call it! I think they do it because they know they just screwed you over! Not worth the money! They need to rethink their business plan on cleaning up the trash and make it a place people are not scared to stay in! We won’t be staying here again on our trip back home!

Dirty room, no TV service, landlines phone didn't even have a cord to it, pool was gross. When brought up to front desk they said it was fine the day before. When asked for a refund they still charged me $96 for a cancelation fee.

This place is in serious need of maintenance... Paint breaking off the front door and what looked like a bullet hole! The filters in the AC unit were totally packed with dust as well as the bath fan. No tub stopper so a bath for my little ones proved difficult plus the tub faucet was spraying water everywhere. A hole in the wall in the bathroom and that door latch doesn't work for beans.. no fridge, no microwave. Like I said, in serious need of maintenance..
