We were looking on cargurus.com trying to find a car and a 2007 Dodge Caliber popped up so we filled out our information and Sonia called us within minutes. It was a very low-key call, no pressure, just information about the car and she asked if we would like to see it and rest drive it. We said yes and she set us up to meet Greg at Robideaux Motors at 9am the following morning. We got there and Greg greeted us and told us to go on out to see the car and he would be out in a minute. My husband and I went outside, we had the privacy to look at it, to check everything and make sure it would work for us. Then Greg came out and we took it for a test drive. He was very easy going, personable and answered all of our questions. We went back to the lot and he told us to get coffee or tea while he drew up the papers. The windshield had a crack in it so he dropped the price of what it would cost to replace it. We were in and out within an hour. It was so very easy and low-pressure. I was really surprised at how easy the whole process was. I would definitely recommend, and if you do, mention my name!

Heard great things about Robideaux from multiple people for a couple years. Finally decided to come in and they had me in a new truck the same day. Mike helped me get the truck I wanted for a price I didn’t even have to negotiate. Definitely coming back when it’s time for another one!

Mike our salesman was so easy to work with! He also went the extra mile to make sure certain items on the truck were taken care that he thought was needed!

I'm a huge advocate for shopping and supporting locally owned, family businesses. Finding a wholesome car business is getting increasingly difficult, but Robideaux did not disappoint. My salesman, Scot Lenhard is hands down the best in the business. He’s knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work. He ensured a high level of customer satisfaction in what could have otherwise been a stressful purchase . The sales manager and finance were also supportive, accommodating, professional, and transparent. Due to the experience, I ultimately bought two vehicles from them about a week apart. I will definitely be back for my future vehicle purchases and routine maintenance.

While ordering and buying our new at4 was a pleasant experience. The service department has a lot to be desired. We have been there twice. The first time after hours of waiting- I was told they were just getting ready to call us. This time after waiting 3 hours, I was told they had not even pulled it in because we just dropped it off. I set an appointment for a reason. At this point I would not recommend buying anything from Robideaux.
