We were excited we found a dog wash open on a muddy Sunday while visiting the Roaring Forks Valley. The tub (they only have one) was booked. The young lady working saw our four muddy dogs and tried to help us. The customer who had the tub booked never showed and we got to use it. The shampoo was a bottle of water with no suds and there was no hot water. While the young lady employed there deserves five stars, her manager’s poor attitude and bad customer service, along with the lack of shampoo and the high cost have us leaving one. Had the manager been as friendly as his employee he would have made a bunch of money in treat sales. But we bought nothing.

I can't say enough about RJ Paddywacks. They have a great selection of everything my pet needs. They are all so friendly and helpful and the dog wash station is amazing. I've been coming in for over 5 years now and I'm so grateful for them, and so are my dogs.

Love this local option for pet supplies. LIsa, who works there, is very friendly and always extremely helpful. Great selection and variety. As far as pricing, it's not a discount store. they offer quality. it's not a large chain so by nature pricing will be higher. but i feel good to support a local business rather than a big chain. they are part of the neighborhood. i highly recommend them. My beloved dog is worth the best and here they offer the best.
