I hate shopping here because the prices are NEVER correct. Just today I bought a case of diced tomatoes. They were supposed to be $.069 each. The ad confirms that. But they rang up at $0.79 each with no additional discount anywhere on the receipt.

It's too exhausting going back and forth trying to get everything corrected. Last time the digital coupons didn't ring up. Every single time I go to this store some pricing issue happens. It's not worth it.

My mom and I just went to Ridley’s and were treated like criminals. When we visit Middleton we always shop at Ridley’s because we’ve always had good service. This time 3 workers followed me and my mom around ace and we were just looking for garbage bags. When we went to ring up 2 workers from Ridley’s looked into our bags and kept watching us while we were checking out. We feel we were racially profiled because I’m half Mexican half Indian. We called the store and the manager laughed at the suggestion of racial profiling. Not cool. We will never shop there again.

This review is for the owner I hope he reads this.
Please do better with the people you hire to run your stores. There is currently a toy drive for Christmas. A shelf with a sign that reads" $10.99 toys for children in need, tell cashier and a discount will be applied. Making the toy $10.
Well the cashier didn't know this, so she called the blonde older lady manager over. She went and supposedly read the sign. She came back and told me the toys were in fact $10.99. She literally read the first sentence of the paragraph on the sign.

Look I do not care about saving .99 cents.
But the principal here is this- THE manager didn't even bother to read the entire sign for the toy drive. The cashiers don't even know what is going on.

Is this how you run things? Manager's who don't even care and don't listen to the customers. I truly wish there were a different store to shop at in Middleton. I would have taken my business elsewhere long ago.

60% of the time products don't even ring up the correct amount that the shelf has and then the customer is always wrong and questioned like we are lying.
Horrible business model to say the least.

Multiple times now I have found mold in my produce after buying, If you guys are gonna overprice everything you should at least make sure it’s good quality.

It's my local store, I find myself needing to go right before they close..but they are helpful and polite. Their open till 11 pm if you find the deals ahead of time it worth it. I buy my soda their because of the deals the provide

Ridleys has always been one of my favorite stores because that's where my dad always shopped. I do appreciate their produce, it's always been fresh. I've had good experiences shopping here.

After moving back to Caldwell area it was great to shop here again and see my past coworkers still employed. I enjoyed shopping the store again as I appreciate the great quality produce, deli and meats!
