We are so lucky to have found Kevin at Select Hardwood Floors! We bought a house in Dec. and needed the floors completely sanded down and refinished before we moved in. They had been left in horrible shape by the people who lived there before we purchased the house. We got several quotes, and his was by far, the lowest. He was going to be out of town when we needed this done, but stayed to get the job done! He was in and out in three days, and we could not be happier with the job he did. He was even able to replace a couple of planks that were in bad shape and stay under our budget! I highly recommend this company to anyone! He will definitely be the one we call for all our hardwood needs.

There is surely something to be said for old school work ethic and genuine decency, and my husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with Kevin’s work. We had our pre-finished, hard wood floors sanded down to get rid of the grooves and then clear-coated for a smooth finish; something another local business said couldn’t be done and tried to sell us new flooring all together. Kevin gave us a more than fair price, showed up as scheduled, let us know what to expect each day, and completed the job to our satisfaction. His years of experience shows in the quality of his work. I would highly recommend Select Hardwood Floors by KJL!

Asked this company for a bid to install some hardwood flooring to tie into it what we already have. Was asked if it was red oak. Said I am not sure, the other two local companies I had out to give us bids said there would be no issue blending into the existing. Guy on the phone said well if you had them out already there is no sense in me coming out to give you a bid as they will way under bid me.
