The location is convenient for what the purpose of my trip and the rooms are a bit dated but spacious well thought out layout. There’s a pull out sofa bed, a small dining table and a work desk with task chair. Not to mention the kitchenette featuring a full size fridge, microwave and stove. For extended stay this place is great.

There’s breakfast area is large and not very crowded during our stay. Daily breakfast is decent and fresh coffee! If you need to get your morning caffeine and work a bit this area accommodates.

Spent couple of days while on vacation. The service was great and complimentary breakfast good too. I had two issues with the room - the main door was jammed and it took me some effort to open it and, the a/c was not working...it was too hot inside. However, the front desk readily resolved the issue and upgraded me to a new room and it was really nice. Our room had a small kitchen, dishwasher, microwave oven, sofa bed, TVs, refrigerator, work desk all in great condition. The pool is quite good. The location of this property is good...there are couple of gas stations nearby, pharmacy, eateries and groceries.

General Manager and Assistant General Manager are fraudulent at this Residence Inn property. They used my credit catfish without my permission. The food quality during breakfast serves expired food labels. The front desk can not speak proper English language. Rooms are filled with roaches. Multiple car breaking in the parking lot. Neither your personal safety nor tour health safety is secured. Go somewhere else and enjoy your stay in the Fremont area.

Absolutely fantastic! Jenny was at the front desk all week and was extremely helpful, polite and professional, which is exceedingly rare nowadays. Please give her a raise or a promotion.
Rooms:
Very large , great TVs, dishwasher, full size fridge and strong water pressure in the shower. Only complaint is there was a cockroach hanging around that I was able to flush down the drain.
Location :
Walking Distance to Sprouts, multiple restaurants, and a slightly longer walk to Safeway (half a mile). Near the freeway for easy access to multiple business hubs in the Bay Area.
Tech:
WiFi works well, TVs are easy to use with streaming services. One issue is that I had to get my room key card reprogrammed multiple times because of demagnetization. Keep the key cards separate from cell phones, wallet, etc.

xtra - cold

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, I thought it was OK until my last trip where it was clear it is filthy. Cockroaches climbing my wall. I got a story about other guests having issues and issues they had with long stay guests that were less than clean. But that doesn't matter, the hotel has a problem. Will never stay there again. Suggest you don't either. Front desk also said I would get Marriot points as an apology for the terrible experience. To date not 1 single point has appeared in my account. Do yourself a favor and book the Marriot Courtyard which is a better hotel, comfier beds and from many stays there exhibits far better cleanliness.

I called this hotel to inquire about a complementary upgrade before reserving a room that was available to me in the mobile app. The agent at the front desk told me they were oversold and when I told her the app offering me a room and asked her to check for rooms for folks with elite status, she put me on hold for 10 minutes. While she had me on hold, she went into the reservation system and remove the room that I was getting ready to book.

This hotel looks modern, but has popcorn ceilings and the carpet feels and look gross. It just doesn’t feel right. It’s giving me the ick idk. I feel like it has a wired smell through hotel. This place just feels dirty.

Sometimes hotel residents are still in the swimming pool at 10:52PM (at night). Need to emphasize time and rule to hotel residence.
Suite Room could use more room for long periods of stay. When you pull out the sofa-bed, there’s no more room to walk on. Breakfast menu does not have sausages and bacons like the Hilton and the Wyndham hotels do. Does not have fresh orange juice either. Breakfast menu rather boring after a long period of stay. Housekeeping services is fine, although, sometimes we have to request for the Housekeeping service. However, Elizabeth, the Housekeeping lady, I believe that’s her name, she is the one who wears mask, she’s a very nice housekeeping lady, very kind, very thorough, etc. She's to be recommended.
Hotel location has lots of restaurants and by grocery store, however, lots of stores/restaurants had closed down probably since the pandemic.
