We stayed 4 weeks in Sept/Oct for medical appointments. The staff was very helpful making sure we were comfortable. Above and beyond. We had a 2 bedroom suite and the kitchen was well equipped so that we could prepare meals. Good breakfast staples. Outdoor sitting area with barbecue and firepit was pleasant to relax in. Thank you to Austin, Rena, Ruby, Tiffany, Cam and all the staff for making our stay pleasant. We returned in December and enjoyed the same excellent, professional service. Our go-to hotel when we are in Longmont.

Great location! Close to everything we love. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This is our second weeklong stay, in the same room and have been very pleased. I can truly recommend anyone looking for a great extended stay to hit up the Residence Inn, Longmont. Oh, and pet friendly!!!

Had a decent review to begin with. After several issues with this location , of which we didn't cause a fuss but did bring to the management's attention, and speaking to Joe the General manager, we are disgusted with the way he spoke down to and treated us. This man does not belong in leadership , which is obvious the the issues we encountered. 1, when we originally called to ask questions about the 2 room suite, we were cussed at, talked down to and hung up on several times by the night clerk. Which I'm sure comes from Joe's poor leadership. 2. Upon arrival after Austin the AM (who really deserves the GM title)smoothed things out , the breakfast which is generally boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, waffles, salsa , shredded cheese, juice, and a array of cereal, all the TCS temp controlled foods are not temp controlled. The scrambled eggs , meat variety , come out Luke warm , and sit for 3 hours between 40=140 degrees F. Which is the danger zone at which bacteria grows. There is not turned on or operational heating element on the devices storing these food. The boiled eggs which also come Luke warm are set without ice or anything else to monitor the temp. I mention this because the one time I co sumed this breakfast I was sick with food poisoning for most of the remaining day and most the next. So I do not recommend their breakfast. 3. We arrive about our 10th day here in our room after house keeping had come. I have a 2 year old. In the middle of the living room floor he (my 2 year old) finds 2 pills which after research and pharmacy help identify as lipitor. A heart med. Which if ingested by a 2 year old could shut his liver down. I brought this up to Austin and si.ply asked , please tell your cleaning staff to be more careful with their beds while cleaning our room , as we have a toddler. 4. Where Joe the GM comes in, we had a personal problem , we needed to move to another location. Informed him we were using same brand which he said he didn't care. The day clerk was very polite and said take as much time as you need as cleaning staff is gone we can not use the room today or tonight anyway. So we then took our time moving our belongings as instructed by the day clerk. We get back at 4-5 pm to the second trip of our things as we had a small suv . And Joe was anything but accommodating. He used derogatory language with me and my wife. He talked down to us. He did not listen. He interrupted everything we began to say. He had a superiority complex no leader should ever in leadership have as a quality of their customer service. We brought up to him all our problems on our stay bringing up how we were very understanding with the problems they had that their staff caused yet we have a very legitimate problem and he threatens to keep out things, if we weren't out by a certain time that night, threatened to have us banned from the property, actually says we are no longer allowed to stay at the property that we are banned. Mariot , and Aimbrige Property management is this really how you treat your titanium elite members? We did look into Aimbrige and they do have several law suits pending, horrible reviews, they are a giant company that spans the US so my poor little review probably means nothing to their billion or more customers, but These Titanium Elite members of Marriot will never stay or give our money to a Aimbrige managed company again. I suggest no one else does either if Joe the GM at this location is what to be expected of their integrity and standards.

My father-in-law booked 3 rooms here, and they were all excellent. |Service staff were all extremely accommodating and very polite and engaging.||There was an issue with the fire alarm during our stay where it repeatedly went off. The staff was very prompt at handling the entire situation, from customer service and answering our questions, to ensuring the proper technicians were immediately contacted to fix the problem. ||The maintenance employee, Jeff demonstrated FANTASTIC customer service. This is normally unheard of from maintenance employees in my experience, but Jeff set a precedent that customer service is always important! Jeff took great care of us, setting us up with management for alternative last minute booking accommodations at a nearby hotel (Springfield Suites, I believe) so that we could avoid being woken up in the middle of the night if the fire alarm were to inadvertently be triggered. ||Jeff thoroughly explained the issue with the system to us, repeatedly apologized, made me feel heard and understood, empathized with us, and handled the issue with professional courtesy that exceeded my expectations. ||I hope Jeff will get the recognition he deserves as a great employee and a valuable asset to this hotel and Marriott in general. ||Jeff, if you see this, thank you again many times over for your excellent service and personable skills. You’re a fine man employee and any employer should feel fortunate to have you on-hand.||Best of luck in your future!

We stayed here for my nephews wedding that was in the Boulder area and also into the next week for vacation and sightseeing.
Longmont is a great centrally located town that made it convenient for travel into Boulder, Lyons, Denver and Nederland.

The hotel staff was fantastic- especially Rena and Nia. They both went above and beyond for us making our stay comfortable and perfect.

Our room was great, clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very nice each morning and the grounds and courtyard area was nice to relax in.

We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit this area of Colorado.

I was not going to post a review, but, you know how small things can add up to a not so great experience? That’s what happened during my stay here at the Residence Inn. Before I describe the negative, let me say that the staff is great and very friendly. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable. Great location in Longmont that is close to restaurants and a short trip to Boulder. Breakfast was very healthy and prepared and presented well. Workout room was great! So the negative: the neighboring room had a dog that barked quite a bit while the owner was out. Management addressed it with the dog owner which I appreciated but it did not stop the barking entirely. I went to use the pool and had to fish out 6 dead, scary looking spiders (see picture). The pool was also very cloudy and had a film over it. I addressed it with management and they closed the pool down right away which was the right decision. No one should be swimming in it while in that condition. Definitely a bacterial infection waiting to happen! The bedroom door and the bathroom door in the hotel room would not close easily. I grabbed a kitchen knife and spent 3 minutes screwing the hinges back in so the doors would close properly. But I really don’t think I should have to do that! Seems like the hotel staff should report that as a maintenance issue. I tried to use the coffee maker but it didn’t work. I asked for a different one and they obliged. I plugged it in and it did not work either. Then I realized it was not the coffee maker that was broken, it was the outlet that did not work. Then to top off my stay, another guest was smoking weed on our hallway and made the entire place reek of some dank weed! Again, addressed this with management but there is not much they can do I guess. I wasn’t too happy that my family was exposed to marijuana second-hand. Take this review for what it is worth. Stay was not horrible. And not great. Would I stay here again? No.

If I could I would give 0 stars. When I first checked in, my room was not clean. There was piss stains when you lifted up the toilet seat and long hair on the shower wall. The ac in my room did not work. They offered me another room, I went in and there was this HUGE white stain on the headboard above the pillows and again hair in the shower. I requested a refund, as the only options they had for me was to either refund me or give me another room again.

We changed rooms twice due to cramped conditions in a room with a bedroom. We asked for a handicapped accessible room away from|highway noise. We were given Room 116. It had a small bed (cramped for two). But it did have safety bars in the bathtub area Housekeeping changed sheets on the fourth day of our stay, at our request.|Towels were also provided. Unfortunately, a generator outside the bedroom kicked on at 5 a.m. one morning. It sounded like a pneumatic |drill trying to cut bedrock. Our night's sleep was over. We alerted the |front desk to a loose door handle in the bathroom and problems with|curtains off their hooks. it does not appear that the hotel checks rooms |between rentals. The microwave worked but we didn't use the coffee|maker. It looks like it needs a good cleaning. Free breakfast and parking goes with the rental.
