Edited to correct date

Accidental discharge inside the store by a teenager: I had just picked out a new handgun and was looking through accessories in the shop, when a young teenager behind the counter picked up a loaded handgun and fired a shot down the hallway behind the counter. No one was hurt. It happened at around 2:05pm on March 26th, 2023. I don't know why he was behind the counter, since he appeared to be around 15, but that level of blatant negligence with a firearm is unacceptable for anyone of any age. I hope they clean it up, and the young man brushes up on his firearm safety. Up until that point, everything was going fine. It was a nice little shop, and the gentleman who was assisting me was very helpful. I just can't overlook the fact that a round got squeezed off inside the store by a child.
