Nice enough place, great old timey feel. Plenty of new inventory even after Christmas. Not convinced their used gun sales is the best approach. I'd like to go to a store, look at what they offer and make a decision then and there. Red's will ask you to go online, look at what they have, (used). Then if you find something you can go to the store to inspect. If you like what you see, go back online, then buy (bid?). Return to the store after that for pickup. If I've misunderstood, please correct me.

I purchased a weapon in an online auction from them. (Side note their prices are very good). Anyways I had an issue and could not complete the purchase. They were very respectful of the incident and refunded me the full amount of purchase. This is a good honest gun shop with a polite staff. Buy with confidence from this shop things are done correctly and in a timely manner.

I was expecting a little more for such a long established store in Twin Falls. The best I can describe it as...underwhelming. Frankly, the well designed exterior makes you think something inside will be inspiring. Sadly, no, mostly empty shelves and walls.

This business is run by dishonest people who will outright lie. Their listings are not accurate and list upgrades and better versions of items, then they ship something different.

In their listing, they specifically listed a pistol as being made in austria. I called in to verify that with them and they confirm it's made in austria with the features that come with the Austria version.

When I receive the purchase it's made in the u s a. When I called them up , they were willing to do nothing and did not care one bit. They want me to pay for a return shipping label, pay the FFL an additional fee to ship it back...

After I called them on their lies all of a sudden their listings updated. The first screenshot shows made in austria and is what I purchased. The second shows the updated listing once I called them

Yes they very friendly.thars about all.i had taken something in there for them to auction off.i had no clue to what I was doing.they never even told me how all that works.the one guy told me to start it out with only a penny cause their typically selling for $1000.00.i asked so what happens if they stop bidding at 200.thats all I'll be getting. Which is a bu ch of crock.they new I was new to all this.then when they dis quit bidding they only bid an extra 40.00 dollars.thank God I set it at 800.and not no penny like he was trying to talk me into it.then they didn't even think about letting me know how it works when it's closed.i had to wait 3and a half weeks to get the money.. not a happy camper!!!!

Selection of items is outstanding and the staff is deeply knowledgeable and friendly. They are more committed to getting you the item that will truly serve and suit you best than in making a higher-priced sale. I've made numerous purchases and done numerous consignment sales there over the years and have always had excellent service.

Red’s is the best gun store! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their prices and selection are top notch. If you’re looking to trade or sell a firearm, they offer a lot more than any other store. Excellent shop!

Some of the rudest customer service. The prices are all well above msrp. And they will not help you with anything and will try an belittle if they don't know the answer to a question u ask. I have heard many other tell of them messing up people's purchases also and had them try to swindle me many times. There are many places to go this is one you should stay away from!
Edit: in response to your display of rude customer service. I have been there many times and had purchased many items from your shop. I have now sense stopped going do to the nasty behavior you just displayed. And to your comment about it being hard to find anything over msrp? I purchased a canik tp9sf from you before I knew much about guns and prices only to find you charged me $490 for a firearm worth $350_$400 at best.
