Ruben and his team offered me first class customer service and went above and beyond with my graphics. Wow. We were looking for a company that could expedite an apparel order for us that includes 3 different products (t-shirt, button-up & hat) with very short timelines. I came across RD Graphics & Printing (Fresno, CA) and called the number on the website and spoke with Ruben Jr and I am so thrilled that I did. Not only did they help us meet our deadline (our order arrived 2 days early) for delivery they assisted us in so many ways including quickly sourcing alternate shirt options, providing much needed visuals (inside/outside photos) and expedited shipping. I can't say enough about this company and we will be using them again for future orders. Ruben is simply the best, he is a very easy person to deal with, he is always looking for the best and most convenient advise for his customers with honesty and empathy. He will always find the ways to help and support you even in the most complicated and adverse situations like in the last minute call for something unexpected Ruben will stop anything he is doing to help you to achieve your goal. Also he is very reasonable in his pricing and he surrounds him self with people like him to work and create the best team.
