Place is the best, been shopping there awhile and have had some gun smith work done. Very knowledgeable staff who love what they do and what they sell. If they ever added a coffee shop or a bar I don't think I'd ever leave.

Austin and all the gentlemen at Ray's Sporting Goods were extremely patient and knowledgeable. This is my fifth firearm. However, this purchase experience was different. It was guided by the firearm education given by my salesperson. I will definitely return.

The location is super convenient. They are approved to accept firearms bought from online vendors.
When I was in there to retrieve my online order, I quickly realized they had a great inventory. Maybe I didn’t need to go online for my purchase.
The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, this will be a new spot for me.

Love Ray's Sporting Goods, got my Glock 21 there in 2021 on 9/11! Very easy to recall, since it was during all the coof craziness and the date! One of the oldest looking gents that works there handed me my case with the piece in it after the purchase/background check and the proud grin he had during the handoff made it feel like a rite of passage ?

I have been shopping at Rays for 20 years. Professional and knowledgeable staff with an excellent selection. Gunsmith upstairs is extremely convenient and helpful. The Rays team does not try and upsell and I have recommended my 1st time gun buyer friends who gave great feedback. They may not be the absolute lowest price, but the advice is invaluable, selection awesome and service great. Guns, ammo, accessories and “hardware” deserve 5 stars!

The customer service or lack of is absolutely ridiculous! From judging a USMC vet based off my dark skin color and tattoos to taking my custom cerakote order and not giving me any invoice or receipt, im not sure which reason to pick to never spend a dime with these business full of unprofessional staff.

After 10 day past due date of order fulfillment promise, a store visit that was a waste if my time, and 3 phone calls with multiple staff members that all told me they don’t know not just the progress on my order but where my pistols slide was I finally picked up my order and paid full price!

Awesome job guys way to treat the people that bring you a paycheck. 10/10 service.
