This truly is a little gem in Ramona. Beautiful library. They have a bunch of different activities for children, teens, adults, and senior citizens. In the summer is a great hude out from the heat with AC. There is a technology center with access to computers, and they have a 3-D printer for use. There is a very nice Blu Ray collection. And now, with the self check out terminals, it's so easy to get in and out. The staff is friendly and helpful. Another thing is there is always security on site. I almost forgot they also have an outside check-in station. Make your way out and check them out....see what I did there.

I've been to a half dozen libraries in Southern California and this is one of the noisiest as of 2024. Hard to concentrate. They have the "quiet area" right next to the game console that kids are shrieking at. Good thinking. And they actually don't monitor the quiet area for people being people on cell phones.? Two stars.

What a great library. Just passing through but can tell well organized, clean, good wifi and comfortable seating. Wish i could check a book or dvd out for a day. Love the pomegranate bushes up front.

It has its good points. Computer room, quiet study room and reading chairs. But....very very short on actual reading material. It's more of a teen age hang out to me with a game room and such. Not one mechanical engineering book to be found. Very little choices in books. I mentioned that to the employees there, but they just seemed so proud of the game room for children.

Beautiful building, helpful staff, lounge area, and children's area. They have a computer room where you can sign up for time to use a laptop and printers available for a small per print charge. They have meeting rooms that you can sign up to use for tutoring or whatever. There is also a large community type meeting room available. They have a calendar of events for people of all ages to attend. They run more kids' events in the summer like reading programs, story time, and art activities.

Always enjoy browsing, hanging out to enjoy particular events held here, & chasing my kids around the in & outside of the building. I like that there is always security, but I believe they should also employ the security 24/7 after hours, for there is a lot of homeless activity. And plus, Steve Mason and Maxine Cahill's used car lot run by meth addicts and dealers living on-site is only RIGHT across the street at 257 Maple st. Otherwise though, a beautiful and helpful library full of resources, it is.
