Absolute disgrace to the brand 'Ramada', from check in to check out it was poor standard all the way. Amazed that there was no fleas in the beds.
Had 2x rooms across our booking, neither of the doors closed properly, you had to basically force them shut, and one barely opened without shuddering like it would come off it's hinges.
Barely had a quarter of a toilet roll in each room, reception would get housekeeping to fix that tomorrow (after we checked out).
Pillows of various knobbles and missing inners.
Each room had undefinable but sicking smells emanating from goodness knows where... and that's before turning on the heating to make it smell worse but slightly warmer.
Breakfast was served up like for pigs, with Cheerios slopped onto totally open platter, bread that looked rather dubious and welt worn toaster. No coffee brewed or machine. Yoghurt (?) also slopped in open bowl.
Advertises laundry facilities, but out of the 2 washing machines one was half fill of rancid water and a scrawled out of order sign on it, the other also had out of order sign (but luckily no stinky water in it). Reception was blissfully unaware that both washing machines were out of order but offered to change notes for quarters to use the dryers (with what clean clothes to dry?).

Do not stay here unless it's for the comedic value of how to operate a hotel poorly.

Just checked in, but so far, I'm pleased with the occomodations. For the price, you really can't go wrong. It's clean, fairly up to date, and close to the freeway and restaurants. Has plenty to offer here at the Ramda as well. Restaurant and bar. In door pool and jacuzzi, as well as entertainment. I stayed in a Ramada in Jaxonville FL and gave a bad review. This one? MUCH better!

You get what you pay for! $40/night was a great deal for a safe place to sleep right off the freeway last minute. The bed was clean and comfy. The rest wasn't great. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, the bedroom and bathroom floors had not been well cleaned in a while. The fire alarm went off at 9am for 20 full minutes. We called the front desk and they said it was a scheduled test; nothing to worry about. If I were managing, I would have chosen a mid-week time to test, not a Saturday morning. Several paint patches on the walls; it was obviously a poorly renovated hotel. Not what I have previously experienced at Ramada or anything by Wyndham.

I came to boise to go to my daughters soft ball tournaments and booked this hotel for two night due to it was not expensive and had a pool for my younger daughter to swim. Well that didn't happen at all the pool is under renovations which they didn't say anything about. When we got to are room it smelt so bad like marijuana, cigarette smoke, mildew and something else that I couldn't figure out but it was really bad. Mold around the windows, the floors in the bathroom were dirty also. So I went and asked to get a refund and cancel my reservation the girl at the front desk was friendly and understood. But they only refunded me for one night even though I was only there for like thirty minutesonly there for like 30 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel. Because it was later we ended up at the super 8 across the street and they are an older building but rooms are clean, smell good and the staff are amazing.

Can tell the rooms hadn't been detailed clean in quite some time. Crumbs in every drawer and around all the dressers and tables. In between beds and table gross. We got pool side room with our kids to find out the pool was empty. Didn't even tell us. The floors were sticky. And free breakfast.. cereal and toast. Thanks ramada

Positive: I had not looked at the reviews before I booked the hotel. It was to late to cancel once I read them. I was pretty nervous after reading them. It actually turned out good. For the price it was a good deal. Negative: The pool and hot tub was being renovated. But they were actively working on it unlike some hotels I have been at where it looked like they had been down for years.

Positive: The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There's a small refrigerator and microwave. I was alone, so plenty of space for me. It would be pretty crowded with 4 adults, but, doable. Negative: There was an open can of Dr. Pepper - but, otherwise the room was immaculate. The closet door wouldn't shut all the way. Make sure you call the hotel if you are going to check- in late. I waited 10 minutes to check-in because the concierge wasn't there.

Positive: The location is great! It was a must that I stayed in a hotel that had a microwave and fridge in my room and happily both were working. Negative: The repairs/remodeling of the pool/hot tub area.
