Mike andJuan Valverde arrived earlier than expected, which was a bonus. We were advised of what the procedures would be for the removal and installation of the old/new units. We were updated throughout the entire process from beginning to end. Once the installation process was complete, we were walked through what they had done, components of the furnace, and installation of the furnace filter. Mike and Juan were great representatives of R Buck as they were friendly, courteous, and educated us on the new furnace. Five stars given for their performance today and to R Buck employee, Jack Wolfe, who was the initial contact and initiator for the new furnace.

Truman Gray, Emery and Matis installed a brand new air conditioner system and dryer vent into the home we just bought! they worked very efficiently and checked everything before they left! Did a awesome job. Very nice and made it a Pleasant experience. would highly recommend!

October 25, 2024. Ryan arrived on time and provided the winterizing service for my swamp cooler. When finished he showed detailed photos documenting the steps he took, including: draining all water, disconnecting and draining the water feed line, unplugging both pumps, removing and storing the fan belt, turning the unit off, and installing the winter cover. Excellent service! Thanks Ryan!

May 10, 2024. R Buck installed a new swamp cooler and a LG mini-split AC unit at my home. The entire experience, beginning with the consultation and estimate by Dylan Heflin, the interaction with office staff via phone, the text updates on schedule and status of tech arrivals, through installation by David Decker, Sinica Malone, Steve Osborn, Henry Poteet and others exceeded my expectations! Every member of this team was outstanding, professional, friendly, trustworthy, and focused on quality and customer satisfaction. Robert Gilley was the technician assigned to do the inspection of my furnace. He was very professional, thorough and explained everything he was doing step by step and in a very clear manner. He was very thorough with the inspection and identified an issue that we had noticed but didn’t know it was an issue with our furnace until Robert explain what had happened. Thank you, Robert! Very impressed that we were able to get a water heater installed same day I called them. Jeff very nice and Rich that installed our Water Heater very professional, knowledgeable, patient w) me when I asked him questions. He is a great man, friendly and is a hard worker. Inspection came in today and was impressed 👍
