I heard negative things about Quilt Crossing in the past but decided to go there anyway. Granted I should have read the package; it was patterns in CD, and I have no access to a CD player. I was nice and the dark haired girl at the counter wasn’t! I understand return policies, but what would it hurt to be nice about it. Why don’t you just say “no returns at all”. Instead she looked mean at me and started rattling off copyright laws to me, like I’m going to steal a pattern! Never going back, customer service was terrible!!!

There is a varied cross-section of people that are friendly. I have been there more than once and have met a few very nice ladies. The manager seemed bothered with my questions. They have a very strict return policy which is 10 days…even w receipt and never used. I will never shop there again. There are a couple of sewing and vacuum stores nearby that have amazing customer service and are so willing to be helpful. I have talked to some friends who have visited there and they agree.

Hello. I am a terrible procrastinator. So as usual I have a quilt to make for my only Daughter’s birthday in October. When I purchased the fabric she had chosen I didn’t purchase enough yardage. Now in an urgent rush to buy more fabric it is no longer available. Searching the Internet I found this wonderful store which had some of the fabric. Exchanging photos and phone calls with Nicole I was able to match my fabric. She handled the order her self and got it in the USPS before the end of day.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicole and this store. I will make them my go to online store from now forward. Thank you Nicole.

Not very helpful or friendly. Seem more interested in selling machines than fabric. I seldom go there anymore.

I purchased two quilt kits, same kit, different times, in order to make a king sized quilt. I opened both of them two days ago. Several of the fabrics are not only different from the completed sample in the store but it's a mix of cool and warm whites and grays and two fabrics that have a purple cast when in the light. I called the store yesterday (woman said she was a manager) and was told they try to let people know the kits may not be the same fabrics, no apologies offered. I wasn't told this either time I bought a kit. Unfortunately I cut into a couple of pieces before noticing. I am replacing at least five of the fabrics to make this work (2/3 yd of each). When I purchased the first kit I commented how the fabrics in the same were exactly what I needed for my guest room - didn't think it would be different. The sample is beautiful in the store - the kit is not.

I've been going to this shop for 4 years now. Their service department is excellent and they have a great selection of machines and cabinets on the floor to demo. They have a wide array of accessories and a fantastic fabric and pattern offering. A large classroom area allows them to offer a wide range of classes, for all skill levels, taught by their experienced instructors. Beautiful quilts adorn their walls and provides inspiration everywhere you look. A "must stop" for quilting enthusiasts!

Was not acknowledged by staff or checked on at anytime in the shop.
When asking for assistance staff acted inconvienced.
I do not live in area so had shopping list of goodies I wanted.
Store was out of most samples and kits that were advertised.
Final straw I had few items on counter to purchase. Turned to my friend to let her know I was done shopping.
All my items were off counter and put back in store.
Will never shop there again.
