I don’t understand why they have a machine making appointments. I tried to call couple of times and I couldn’t get in contacto with a real person! I ended up setting up my appointment at 11:40am on a Saturday (with the machine) I didn’t know the were closing at 12pm
When I got to my appointment no one was at front. I can hear two girls talking inside saying I didn’t show up to my appointment when I was there for more then 5 minutes waiting and trying to knock at the door. After couple minutes a girl came to the door and told me WE HEAR YOU!!! When no one told me to wait or anything!! ( I saw she was upset.
When she was about to do my labs she told me
We don’t have an order for you!! Are you serious? I should her the email of my provider confirming they have sent the order! I don’t understand how can they waste ppl’s time. If I have an appointment and you don’t see my order call me!! Or at least answer the phone so we can communicate…
She told me at the end : either way is almost 12 so we are closing soon .. I’m not going to be able to do you blood test!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!
It was because they didn’t have my order? Or she was mad because I was knocking at the door and it was almost time to close
I wasted my time driving and fasting for nothing.
This is a joke!!!

The phlebotomy technician was very good! She was friendly and explained everything that she was doing. She answered all of my questions and made the experience fast and pain free! I will definitely try to schedule with her in the future!

I was a walk in appointment. I didnt have to wait long and the phlebotomist was great! She had great energy, was happy, and very friendly. She worked efficiently and communicated clearly.

Craig, he’s the manager there, he is wonderful. He’s polite and respectful and he really helped me yesterday when I was there. I believe he’s a total asset to Quest. Everyone there is always so good to me.

Staff was unprofessional and eating snacks in the examination area. The phlebotomist that worked on me had crumbs on her hoodie! The site they drew my blood from has a massive bruise now. Fix your shit guys.
