Quality Inn & Suites

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of my room here. We stayed the night before driving up to mulberry mountain. Last year, we stayed in Ozark and the room was gross so we stayed a little further away and it was worth it! Conveniently located off i40 with groceries and fast food around the corner (avoid the Mexican restaurant). Breakfast was simple, hot and tasty. There's also a free ice machine.

My wife and I arrived before check in and paid extra to stay before normal check in time. Then they call a few hours later saying we had to check out. I said the front clerk this morning said it was okay and I paid extra. The Indian accent lady then started yelling through the phone saying I'm lying and that she had it on camera. Absolutely worst experience at a hotel we've ever had. They said we had an hour to leave so we left as soon as we hung up the phone. After packing the truck I walked back up to the room to get some more things and there was already a cleaner. I couldn't find my phone and was looking for it then I asked the cleaner and she gave me my daughters phone. Never found my phone. Never stay here. Breakfast is bad and everything is run down, especially the showers. From Nigel and family. We have a farm in town but came to escape the storm. Not nice people here at the hotel at all!

BED BUGS!!!! I got bit everywhere giant welps. Absolutely disgusted. Even stayed in the jacuzzi room. If I could sue I would for the agony these bites have have caused me. 12-11-24. Oh and to add the jacuzzi tub was disgusting.

We injoyed our stay. The people were very nice and very friendly. The rooms I have no problems. ? sleeped like a baby. The food was great. We will be back !

I staid here for a few days and was happy with practically everything. The breakfast is quite good for an inn in that price range. It was also fun to learn how to turn the waffle-maker. The employees working there were really friendly and helpful. I would come again for sure.

Homier version of the expensive hotels. Extremely warm and friendly staff. Room clean as heck, bathroom spotless. Same amenities as other places but much better priced. Small place on the side of the road with a killer vibe.

Had 6 rooms booked they only charged two rooms deposit and didn't believe me when I came down to get the money I had to argue with the woman at the counter. It's ridiculous to play favoritesvor judge someone by their appearance. I've worked for this company for 7 yrs and never felt like I was being judged by the way I look..... It isn't right and u need to fix this problem
