My company books hotels through a 3rd party booking platform. When my staff went to check in Nicki at the Front Desk told them she needed a credit card. My foreman explained to her all that comes from the booking agency. She got belligerent with my staff and told them they could leave and she was canceling the reservation. She then called the cops of the guys. When she called the cops she told them there are black guys there that are scaring her. I want to see the VIDEO of my staff acting in a way that would scare her other then the color of their skin. Please. There was another employee; Abigail who was very nice and very apologetic.

Nate and Yoshii were simply amazing! We stayed here because it was close to family and we were in town for a funeral. Nate and Yoshii made our stay amazing. Both were so kind and courteous. It’s hard to find good customer service these days and these two were “great” service providers!!

This is the absolute worst hotel to come too!! This old man check me in yesterday due to my renters company have a water break "claims to be the owner" he was making multiple rude comments the next day I come down to take my 5 yr old swimming na she starts telling us off saying we have to Go making my daughter freak out nd cry! He said the call told him my house was ready but I never got a call! He begin to tell me to shut up and go to my room or else!! This place is horrible

The room was very nice and clean for the money! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Coffee and breakfast was all fresh. I'll continue to use Quality Inn in the future.

The staff was nice and great the manager there need to get another job he was so mean and getting mad cause he had to answer phone and take care of guest couple left said heck no I won't stay here with his customer service...motel would be a top 10 if it wasn't for him ...
