Only a couple hours into a 10 hour drive on Friday, our trailer needed a repair as we were driving through Gypsum on our way to Missouri; we were directed to Eagle for a hotel while waiting for the work to be completed on Monday. We are long time customers of Choice Hotels, so we went to Quality Inn & Suites Vail Valley to see about availability. Danielle was at the front desk and very kindly helped to get us settled for the extended reservation. Additionally, she assisted us by putting my husband in touch with the perfect person to make the repair on-property Saturday morning so we could get back on the road that same day! What a blessing! We can't thank Danielle enough for all she did to help us. A true example of customer service! We will always be grateful.

Stayed here for 5 nights while attending a conference in the area. Hotel staff were very friendly. My room was decent, had two fridges and a microwave. Bed was okay, room was clean. The breakfast had frozen breakfast sandwich’s, waffle batter, cereal, breads of sorts coffee and juice. The hotel is conveniently located next to a city market. My only real complaint is the WiFi. Trying to do any sort of work requiring a network connection was tough. Best part was my room was secluded on the top floor and was very quiet. (3rd rifle season was underway and hunters are coming and going) so not being disturbed was great.

Clean efficient hotel. Location near the airport was important. Nice sheets and towels. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was ok, not great but coffee was good.

My family, including my autistic sister, ended up stuck in Gypsum in the midst of a road trip. To make matters worse, we we're having issues finding anywhere to make the serious repairs we required. Upon checking into this glorious hotel, we were given every piece of helpful information from staff that we needed. A friendly/accommodating mechanic willing to take emergency calls without fleecing your wallet. The local spots they recommended to visit we're exactly what we needed. Our trip went from a severely stress inducing event into a week-long impromptu vacation of serenity. And that's before taking the rooms and service into account! Every step of the way, I couldn't hope for a friendlier, accommodating staff! The rooms were clean. Breakfast is hot, diverse, and timely. The location couldn't be more convenient given the region. If you're looking for a stay in Eagle, especially any stay longer than a short night's sleep off of the interstate, this is the place you're looking for!

I stayed here for 4 months during the ski season and the staff was extremely polite and attentive the entire stay. Great selection for the continental breakfast with all of the usual items, plus a few extra items to help break up the monotony. Located right next to a grocery store and several local and chain restaurants. I wish the rooms had more artwork on the walls, but overall a very nice stay!

Clean hotel, everyone was super friendly, very good breakfast & location is great. We even walked to the supermarket & went to a really nice Italian Restaurant- Ti Amo. We also enjoyed the pool & hot tub. We got there on Christmas & left on 1/2/24. From my husband Juan, our son Sebastian & I Thank you for making our Vacation super nice. God bless you.
