This is the perfect motel to hunker down in during extreme weather for car dwellers. Decent breakfast and quiet enough. A bit dated and worn. The carpets need a serious vacuuming and the side doors need fixed. They were propped open during the day and dead bolted at night.

Jason Apodaca-Quinn is the most unprofessional disgusting general manager I have ever seen. He literally got in my 13 year old daughter face when she opened the room door. To top it off, he tried to cuss me out like I was going to stand there and listen to his disgusting mouth. One of the employees had her little children there and he was speaking so gross in front of them. Rory and Seth are amazing and also the lady that does the breakfast is super sweet and makes great biscuits and gravy. This place has no chance being successful with a manger like that. What a shame! So. These guys are fing AWESOME !!!!!!. At 3am at home the upstairs neighbors water pipes broke and came down destroying our apartment!!. Quality inn took us right in at 7am!!! In off hours with one spare room until we got another double a couple hours later. They went Above and beyond for us and our predicament. With a 9 year old child with us. Quality inn straight up came through like badasses. They were friendly, courteous, helpful beyond anything expected. Way superior service. They also had a pretty good breakfast. Very appreciative. Very very pleased. Thank you quality inn. You guys were fantastic and saved our hides in a very much emergency situation in 1 degree weather. You guys should all get raises. For real. Absolutely amazing service. Thank you so much!!!.

Positive: Convenient and very reasonably priced. Negative: We had reserved a room for disabled access. When we got there, we were informed that the disabled rooms were being renovated. My 86-year-old mother had to bathe with a washcloth for five days as she could not get into the bathtub shower.

Do not leave your card information with these people they are Fraud they look at your information I haven't stayed there since 3 weeks ago 3 weeks ago payed by night whatever left the next morning today on the 18th they are charging me 79.90 not only one time but 2 times !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need my money back honestly or I will press charges

Me and my boyfriend searched for hotels for over an hour and came upon this one. I don’t understand why it is rated so low i had a great stay. We had a lot of stuff and the front desk guy was so sweet and kind and moved us from a second story to a first story room. The room can be so cold and so hot easily making it perfect to sleep in (I love it freezing in my room personally) would def stay again! Also in a good location, we walked to a nearby restaurant which was amazing.

We were off to a rocky start with check-in. It was 2:45 pm and no one was at the front desk. We waited in the lobby for 15 minutes until finally a young man came downstairs and checked us in with no acknowledgment or apology for the wait. Our room was also disappointing. The vent on the air conditioner looked filthy, and every time we turned it on we both started to get congested and sneeze...not sure if it was dust or mold. All the lampshades were dirty and dented, and overall the room felt tired and beat up. ||Also, there were signs warning guests about car break-ins in the parking lot. We noticed a work truck with a welder on it parked both nights immediately in front of the entrance doors...I assume that they were concerned about getting their welder stolen. ||On the upside, the price was reasonable for Boulder and the continental breakfast had alot of hot and cold food choices. Most of the staff (check-in guy excluded) seemed to be doing the best they could in terms of cleaning and service, but they don't have alot to work with.||In sum, this stay was below expectations. They are remodeling part of the first floor, so there is effort being made to upgrade the hotel, but they really need to stop renting rooms until this work is done.
