The room was clean enough and no complaints about good clean beds. We were greeted by no one at the counter. Waited about 10 minutes, no bell to call someone. The clerk came in from a back door, said she was helping someone with a car. We were told we were there for a week, and to expect cleaners every three days. Three days came and went and no cleaners. I called the desk and was told the cleaners had gone home but would get my room the next day. They did change our sheets then and gave us towels. I had a cold so we had a lot of trash. My daughter found the dumpster and took out our trash twice. I understand that the going price to leave your room cleaners is $5 per night but i won’t leave a gratuity for days that no one cleaned.

The property and room was clean and tidy. The staff was polite and welcoming. We had a room with a king size bed. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. Too firm. I am stiff and very sore today. I did not sleep well. Perhaps other beds in other rooms are better.

Friendly staff that make you feel at home. nice place to stay free breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Pool. Hot tub. Easy and convenient to home depot ,safeway, walmart a block or 2 down the road . Mc donalds near by B&H pizza one block away . Gas near by . Hamburger wagon in parking lot and a little coffee shack . Perfect place to stay . Reasonably priced . Everything you need at your finger tips. Yes they do have a wheel chair ramp also.

I had booked a room here on May 5th. I received a confirmation number via email and reserved it over the phone. Went to go check in to our room today and they canceled my reservation 4 hours prior. The manager stated she called me at 3pm to tell me they can’t reserve the room with cash and she’s going to cancel it. Upon my reservation in May I had given a card number to reserve and I never would have tried to reserve it with cash. I never had a missed phone call that she supposedly made and I never received a cancelation email. They had booked all of their rooms for the night, and provided zero assistance to amend the situation. The manager was not there and will not answer my phone call to discuss the situation. I would highly recommend trying to find a place to stay anywhere but here. Extremely disappointed.

The continental breakfast is the best! They also have a pool and hot tub and a Little gym. The price is decent for all the amenities!

Do NOT stay here! The manager Mandi made me feel so unsafe and unwelcomed. You can’t rely on any of the staff to do what they say. A really bad environment employed with people that have no empathy or helpful bones in their bodies, specifically Mandi.
