We stayed one night. The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating since we had asked about a handicap room. She didn’t have one but she got us closer to the front so it was easier on my mom to get around. Yes it’s older but Very clean and Well taken care. Those workers have Pride for sure! The room was Very clean thanks maids! The free breakfast was great and had a good variety. I would not only stay here again but I would recommend it to friends and family! The only thing I would say to do for this place is lower the beds so is short people or people with disabilities it would be easier to get on. This was a great stay!

Manager Robert was extremely helpful with all questions I had. He made us feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms and lobby were both clean and fresh. The hotel had an adorable atmosphere, decorated for the holidays but enough to still appear professional. 10/10 will return

It is a nice place with aging room design. Pretty clean. Carpet in room was clean. Nice stuff. Breakfast decent. Will gladly use this hotel again. Good price.

Where do I start. Dirty towel. I don’t use. Dirty curtain to close the window. Loud noise from highway, I thought I was going to be poisoned w the trucks gunning their engines almost all night. Or poisoned w the coffee that’s not even coffee in the lobby! Dirty white front door from the entrance. Lame pool situation. Thanks but no thanks! Quality inn should have name changed to low quality inn and charge less!!

'System' was down when we arrived. No backup plan for checking in guests. Our room was prepaid, but they couldn't check us in without a credit card, which they couldn't process. Told me to just 'leave my credit information on a scrap of paper and someone would enter it later', which was a HUGE credit risk I was not willing to take. Spoke to manager on phone who yelled at me so loud my hearing impaired partner could hear her 3 feet away. Told me that she was canceling my reservation (prepaid, Expedia) and that she didn't care if I contacted corporate. Corporate so far doesn't care either, and won't communicate. After 2.5 hours, finally got checked in. I had to put a hold on my CC with bank to protect myself. Missed that time at Oktoberfest in Pueblo . Room was clean, TV didn't work. Returned from event at midnight, doors not locked as posted, non uniformed person at desk talking on his cellphone. Did not feel safe or that anyone cared about the customer.

This hotel is a good budget hotel, in a convenient location & the staff are extremely friendly & professional. Great value for the price.

The location was quite & easy to find. The room was well lit witch comfortable beds. The bathroom was a bit small but functional. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The included breakfast was limited in selection but still good. I whent with some scrambled eggs & instant oatmeal.

The staff overnight and in the morning are incredibly nice. The manager Franny (I apologize if I have the spelling wrong) was extremely friendly and happily let maintenence know about small issue I had with the room door, that way it could be fixed.

Room for improvement section. I only have 2 things that prevent me from giving a 5 star review. Both are related to the bathroom. Firstly the toilet was so low to the ground that it's hard to use and felt like it was made for kids. Secondly, the shower head was so low I had to crouch down to wash my hair. Not unusable if you aren't tall, however I am tall so it was frustrating.

With that said I understand these things can't be changed without a remodel. But it would have been nice to know before I booked the room. Honestly would love to see what this hotel would look like after a remodel, but keeping the same crew members. I hope this information helps, till next time Stay Frosty.

We stopped here for the night on our way to Denver. Checked in at midnight. The desk clerk was very kind. The room was decent. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet, even in the morning when it's usually a bit loud with people hitting the road. It could have been a tad cleaner, but for the money, it can't be beat. There are restaurants right next door. No need to drive to find food, which I appreciate.

The ladies that work at the desk we're so nice. The young lady that works at the desk (around 8pm) was the best!! Beds comfy, the hallway smells like cigarettes. The pool looked nice, but didn't get in it (to many people). The AC was loud but the room was nice and cold. The doors are very light, so be careful swinging them open lol. I would have gave it 5stars, but the cigarettes smell was bad on 1st floor. Overall great stay.
