We came into our Atlanta office the morning after a major storm and found several inches of water pooled in our conference room. The carpet was completely soaked, and the bottom portion of one wall was already starting to warp and show signs of water damage. We called PuroClean of South Atlanta, and they responded right away. Bob was the one who came out, and he was fantastic—very calm, professional, and clearly experienced with this type of situation. He walked us through exactly what needed to happen and got his team to work that same day. They removed the damaged carpet and carefully cut out the lower section of the affected wall so it could dry properly. They also set up equipment to control moisture and prevent mold growth. Bob kept us updated every step of the way and made sure everything was handled quickly. We were really impressed with the entire process. Big thanks to Bob and the PuroClean team.

I would like to take the time to thank Mr. Bob and Crystal for making my life much easier. Our hot water heater busted in the basement, which was hard because many of the items were our grandparents. Bob came in, walked around, looked them over, and watched them, then went to work on everything I needed to do. Crystal is a bomb-packer. She made everything look new and packed it nicely. She took very good care of the china set my grandma had. Thanks so much !!!!

I'm a pretty tough customer and I would, without hesitation, unequivocally endorse Bob and the PuroClean team. My home flooded on Memorial Day. Bob Barnette arrived at my house, on a holiday, with equipment in tow, in less than 2 hours. I'm not accustomed to that level of service and customer focus...on a holiday. The work itself was exemplary. Industrial humidifiers, commercial fans, electronic equipment to gauge moisture levels were all put in practice by the PuroClean team to quickly address the mess. Lewis, who was onsite, did a great job and was so courteous and skilled. if i could give 10 stars i would.

We had some discoloration on our base boards in the basement, so I reached out to Bob at PuroClean. He immediately came out to identify the cause of the water leak and we put a plan in place. They've done a great job with the repair and I have been extremely pleased with the work. I would definitely recommend Bob and his team. Unlike many other contractors, they were honest and responsive.

Professional people Courteous workers Worked around our schedule and did not waste time with long breaks The floor and wall work look really nice. We have our home back and it's even better. My only complaint is Juan should have touched up some more areas with the painting. Thank you PuroClean of South Atlanta. You have very good contractors.

When my house had a pipe burst over Christmas I needed a company that could clean up the mess quickly. Bob from PuroClean of South Atlanta was able to get me taken care of the same day I called. Bob walked me through the restoration process he was going to perform and thoroughly analyzed the affected and surrounding areas. I want to thank Bob for his quick response time and for the outstanding work he did.

Wow! The best thing that came out of my horrible flood was this company and they're amazing employees! First came Shawn and Nelson to take care of the water damage they really cared about my property. They came back the next day with extra equipment to help ensure my hardwood floors were not going to warp. Then Jen came over to take a look at the damage and was so kind and caring. Last but not least Jason came over to collect the equipment and to make sure everything went well. The conversation with Jason was absolutely amazing what a wonderful project coordinator he is! Shawn, Nelson, Jen and Jason, thank you so much all of you for making this awful experience so much better. I highly recommend this company for your next disaster.

If you're in need of exceptional cleaning and restoration services, look no further than Puro Clean South Atlanta. Trust me, they are truly outstanding at what they do. I recently experienced a basement disaster, but thanks to Bob and his team at Puro Clean, the situation was swiftly handled with their prompt response and expert service. They wasted no time in arriving at my house, assessing the situation, and getting the restoration process underway. I can't stress enough how their quick and efficient actions saved me from a lot of headache and, most importantly, saved me money! Bob impressed me with his utilization of state-of-the-art equipment and attention to detail. He made sure that every task was not only done effectively but done right. What truly sets Bob and his crew apart, however, is their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Bob went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied before considering the job done. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided me with valuable insights, allowing me to make informed decisions. Now, there was one minor downside. Bob happens to be a passionate UGA fan and alumni, while I'm an Auburn alum. But let me tell you, his dedication and expertise overshadowed any football rivalry. He more than delivered on his promises! So, if you find yourself facing a flooded basement or any other disaster at your home or business, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing Puro Clean South Atlanta. You won't be disappointed. Bob and his team will handle your restoration needs with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to your satisfaction.
