I love Publix, that's why I drove an hour and a half from Tupelo. The Bakery is on point, everything is delicious! The real reason I went was for the Meat Department. I wish I knew Publix has changed the cuts to "Choice", I specifically came to purchase Prime cuts of beef. What is going on? I can buy Choice cuts in Tupelo!!! I purchased a month's supply of beef, $400 later. So disappointed 😞 The produce was excellent!

Publix is my go to grocery. It is very clean. Aisles are wide and clear. But the thing I love the most is the variety and selection of the best foods. Checkout is always a breeze. Customer service is great.

I just ran in to use the restroom, but the young lady working with pastries at the front entrance and I spoke for a bit. The conversation was solely because she was such a pleasant person. Through our interaction, I found out that disabled persons are welcome, it's an employee owned establishment, and if you encounter an employee not greeting you as you walk through, it's rare as they are all trained to greet the shoppers. She and I agreed that it's the way we were raised. As a consumer, Publix has the customer service and appreciation of shoppers that I seek. Also, the bathroom was clean without the overwhelming chemical smell. I walked through the store, and didn't smell the meat and seafood from aisles away. Great work Publix team!!!

I love shopping their BOGO offers. Their original prices are a little pricier than a small town type grocery store, but their selection is massive. Their bakery has small cakes to lavish cakes, cupcakes, cookies in packages, single cookies, and other goodies. They have balloons and flowers whether cut flowers bouquets is what you are looking for or even some flowering plants are available this time of year. The fruit section is very clean and offers such a great variety. The check out lines seem to move along quickly, and staff seem to always be walking down the aisles to answer your questions or offer assistance.

Publix has become our favorite grocery store! There is always a great selection of items and items that we can't find anywhere else! The Kayem frankfurters are a traditional German weiner and my German MIL loves them! Publix is the only store where we can find them! I shop their sales too. Using the app, you can see which items are on B1G1 and stock up. Publix carries many flavors of Noosa yogurt which are not available at Walmart or Aldi where we live. This is our new go-to for groceries! And the best part? We have been able to locate a Publix everywhere we've traveled this year!

Very clean, employees are very helpful when needing to fine items, but the store is very self explanatory you can fine most things on your own and if the are out on the selves just ask someone if there are more in the back and they will check or tell you a substitute for what item(s) you are looking for.

I really like the employees at this location. I can honestly say I've never had a single bad interaction with them. Even when they are very busy, they never fail to give individual service, with a smile.

I regularly use their pharmacy. The pharmacists and techs are knowledgeable and helpful. This pharmacy has had to special order a few prescriptions for my family, and their special order seems to take about two or three days.

I have confidence that when they say it will take x number of days, it will be x number of days or fewer.

They also have FSA/HSA eligible items clearly marked.

Everything is good at the Publix in Muscle Shoals and they have excellent food and drinks and they have always been a excellent service too! We will continue to stop by there!
