Every time I go into Publix, I feel welcome. I have called in special orders to the deli and never gotten an attitude from anyone. The food is always great. The meat is of the best quality. The meat department also has no problem feeling special requests.

Went into this “establishment” to ask if you all price matched with Kroger (with a big sign on the door stating you accept their coupons) and got laughed and a snooty comment as I was walking away, by who I assumed was a customer service lead or manager, along with the other customer service employee. He as a person of some sort of leadership, could and should have simply explained that price matching and accepting coupons are two different things. However, he obviously did not know as much as I did, because he had to ask someone else. How rude and condescending. On my way to Kroger where they treat their customers nicely and with common decency.

Smaller than other Publix supermarkets in the area with less stock and strange lay out. Don't find the staff as friendly or helpful as I normally expect from Publix. This store will do when I'm in a hurry but I prefer to drive further to other Publix stores rather than this one.

This Publix location was extremely clean!! I was very excited to see the beautiful setup of the store. I was only there while on vacation and my grandma and I were on our way to ask for help to find certain items, but were able to locate them on our way to ask! The woman helping at the self-checkout was very kind and made conversation with us which is so unusual now! Such a nice location!!

I can’t get enough of this place!!!

Landed in Huntsville and had to make a late night grocery run. Imagine my thrilling surprise when I came across a Publix!!

This grocery store has THE BEST customer service of any grocery store in the world. Beth sliced my bread at the bakery at nine o’clock at night!!

The nice young woman at the deli sliced me some turkey. There was an incredible selection of bbq sauces as well.

You won’t find a better store.
