Shoutout to Nick Wiederspahn for helping us through this AV process. He really is the best in the business. He is passionate, reliable, and operates the business with the utmost integrity. We had them do our wiring, and ceiling speakers, and purchased a TV, projector and projector screen. He also let us demo equipment so that we knew what we were getting. Super thorough with projector, materials, selection, and projector decision. Nick was also super patient with all of my questions. Last but definitely not least, the install crew was phenomenal. John was friendly, efficient, detailed oriented, and they always showed up on time. Great communication all the way around! They also help guide us as we worked with our contractor for the media wall build out. We have amazing sound, and picture now!!!

Nick and the Press Play team were absolutely amazing with our basement remodel. Working with the general contractor they did all the AV equipment in a completely new theater and speakeasy.

Nick is super easy to work with. Helpful, friendly, always has a smile on his face, and will always work through any issues. The customer truly does come first.

When I first started engaging with him he sent me three options to work with for equipment. Ultimately he got me a private sound session at the KEF showroom to get a sense for the speakers I ultimately went with.

He and his team set up a complete 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos theater with the following components, along with installing two speakers in the speakeasy as well as setting up our family room electronics on the Savant system as well:

I wanted the speakers to be as stealthy as possible, so they installed the center channel behind the screen and took all of the speaker covers to a painter to have painted in the same blue as the theater walls, using automotive paint due to the fine mesh on the grills. The result is truly seamless.

As a DIYer myself, Nick was great to work with when I wanted to do a couple of things myself and handled changes with ease, including incorporating LEDs that I put in myself but automated with the Savant system.

John, Griffin, and the rest of the team came out and prewired the room as the wall framing went up, then came back and finished off installation of everything along with calibration and remote setup and programming. They were all fantastic to chat and work with. Very professional and efficient.

There was one hiccup in the process but Nick and team owned it and worked straight through it to make things right proactively, which is often unusual in the construction world.

I absolutely love the result and spend loads of time in the theater now. The pictures don't do it justice but it turned out absolutely perfect and sounds and looks amazing! I enjoy watching movies there more than going to an actual theater!

The team from Press Play did a great job ever every step of the way from design of the system through the installation. They were easy to work with accommodating to all my questions and needs. We are incredibly happy with the end product and our overall experience with Press Play. Nick and his friendly team (shout out to Scott and his 4 cats, John and Dan) were incredible and installed the AV system I've always dreamed of. We now have a state of the art system that satisfies my audiophile neurosis, where I now have the ability to listen to vinyl with superior sound, while watching a game, in a customized intimate light setting with the right amount of natural light controlled by our automated shades. Everything is run through The Savant system which I was not familiar with but has been incredibly easy and responsive for my wife and I to operate. It's really impressive technology. Our automatic shades are beautiful and quiet and they even set up our ring security system. Unfortunately the typical experience with the many new vendors for our new home has been lot of over promising and under-delivering but aided by great communication the press play team really knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend!

Amazing company that was able to do repairs on damages on system installed by another company. Very knowledgeable, reliable and super friendly. So glad I found them to work on our Savant smart system. Even though system was out of warrantee, they were able to get replacement parts cost covered by manufacturer. Nick went the extra distance to get us up and running and hardly charged us anything. So rare to find that kind of customer service these days.

We had a whole-house audio system that was good for its day (predated streaming and smart speakers) but was always a bit too complicated for us. Nick came to tour the house within a day or two of my initial inquiry, sent a proposal shortly after, fielded an unforgivable amount of truly idiotic questions from me, and sent Griffin for the install, who worked efficiently and neatly. The house is now a little less cluttered and I'm listening to more music because the system is more pleasant to use.
