After waiting patiently for 15 minutes, the owner FINALLY came over to see what I wanted. I said I wanted something redesigned and printed. He simply said he couldn't do it and was VERY rushed. Like he was doing a million things at once. Besides the rudeness, his prices are ridiculous. I'd rather hire a private graphic designer. I'd NEVER go back here.

I submitted my order on their website and when I arrived five minutes later, they were already working on it. They did a great job, and on top of that, they noticed that the flyer I was printing was for a good cause and gave me a discount. Great people, great store.

The owner is sttaight-forward, but nice. He's done some last minute print jobs for me a couple times. The last time he even stayed after closing to make sure my job was done immediately.
