I found something online and a friendly message said "ask about shipping" so I asked nicely whether they were interested in selling only two of a collection, otherwise I'd be interested in them all, and how much shipping would be. What I got back was four words: "Not splitting. Not shipping". Not exactly great customer service. I had considered a 10 hour drive to get them, but with that level of customer service I think I'll give them a pass. They've been listed on their website for over a year; it's no wonder they're struggling to sell them. I only hope their customer service in-store is better.

Was lucky to be passing near Salt Lake so I prepaid and ordered the most beautiful mirror for a pickup. The owner went out of his way to answer my crazy emails and questions (for almost a year) and was incredible. Thank you for what you do and I hope to purchase more from you in the future!
