I stopped in this store yesterday on my way to Utah. When I walked in I saw two employees sitting in the area with the lounge chairs and one employee was literally crying her eyes out. I overheard a lot of the conversation as I was getting my coffee and it wasn't hard to figure out that the woman not crying was the manager. The poor woman that was crying her eyes out was trying to voice her opinion to the manager and the manager obviously and very clearly didn't want to hear any of it. I have been helped by the woman that was crying numerous times in the store and she has always been nothing but nice, courteous and very helpful. I heard her say something about an accident at work and how the manager didn't provide the information she needed because she was on vacation. The manager should be ashamed at how she was treating the employee, no one deserves to be treated that way. I think for now on I'll be going to Loves across the street after overhearing what happened.

I'm not sure if there's anything negative to say, we were actually extremely impressed! This Pilot is extremely clean compared to others, the pumps are clean, the lot, the trash cans kept empty, restrooms, showers and laundry room is amazingly clean! We ended up stuck over the weekend and it was a great stay. No one bothers you and it's very quiet. Every employee was friendly and professional. The laundry worked great, has an area for sitting and folding clothes. There's a nice place to sit and eat too to the right of the four wheelers entrance. The showers were clean. Lots of hot water with acceptable water pressure. The only problem, if any was we needed more towels and the guy wouldn't answer our knock at the employees laundry, we could hear him in there. Had to have them radio him and he came right out. He was a nice enough, younger, blonde man, gave us the towels and we went in the shower. Before we shut the door we decided to give him some cash because the shower was so clean, but my husband once again knocked on the same door, the guy wouldn't answer so we were unable to tip him ( didn't have the chance to afterwards). Wish we could have, but it doesn't reflect badly on this Pilot whatsoever.

You cant ask for a mote friendly and very helpful Pilot staff to deal with than store 592.
Sarah, Loretta, Gina and James are great fun, and they have a well maintained property where the store is clean as can be, with a huge variety of food, drinks, health and beauty items and more.
The entire surrounding parking and driving lanes are first class clean with lots of maneuvering room. Last but not least, the bathrooms snd showers are Ritz Carlton-ish. I highly recommend any traveler yo give yourself a treat and stop at the Pilot 592 in Grand Junction, CO………..

I didn't have the chance to meet Brittany until the day after my last review, but have to recognize her for being as kind and eager to serve as she can. She has been a real pleasure to meet, and spend time with….Thanks and keep up the good work Brittany!

One of the Nicest, Cleanest Pilot's we've come across in traveling in our RV across the country.
Dedicated RV fueling lane (diesel & gas) with a dump station right there next to fuel pump.($10).
Bathroom was immaculate!
Highly recommend this location and so appreciate not having to jockey thru the regular fuel lines with a 35ft. RV!!

So Mr. Anthony the GM? I wouldn’t leave this place a single star due to you. You are a very rude man & how you treated me is completely unacceptable. *To fellow drivers? I woulda gave 4⭐️’s. Clean stocked store. Clean bathroom. Souvenirs. Hot & cold on-the-go foods. The normal Pilot buffet counter, meatloaf, chicken ect. Soup station. Truck supplies. Cement lot. Didn’t use showers. Laundry facilities, I didn’t end of being allowed to get laundry done, but laundry room looked clean. There was a real nice young man at the register when we came in the 1st time for food, it was around I wanna say 9pm.
Mr. Anthony the GM, or so he told me. Comes up behind me in laundry room & wanted to know why I took piks & I needed to leave. I told him it was for my review & he tells me I’m not allowed to take piks. I explained (or tried to) but he cut me off anytime I tried to speak. He was just running me over then changing his reasoning as to why he was hassling me. Once he realized it was legal? He said that it was his job to protect people & im taking piks of the customers. So I opened my phone & showed him every pik & not ONE had any part of anybody in any pik. Nothing. Plus it was, no joke, completely empty. If anyone was around then they were in shower I’m serious. So then after I keep telling him he doesn’t gotta be rude, so he’s arguing that he was nice, smh, then tells me he can prove it bc he had a camera on his shirt, so I keep actually asking him to rewind it, like 6,7 times bc then maybe the guy would hear he’s a rude, jerk. But then it changed that there’s no access to it till the morning when the managers come in? But? He’s the GM,right? & it wouldn’t of mattered bc we’d be gone by morning. I leave, stupidly crying, get into truck, tell my husband. He calls & is told the “GM” isn’t there & he just came to work, blah blah, this guy thought that I what? Wouldn’t remember your rude voice? & on top tells my husband that someone complained I was taking their picture😒 I’ve never seen a truck stop not have a single customer lol, but IF there was anybody else there? Don’t ya think it would be in the piks I showed him?… We left (after paying to park) & at Loves. They told my husband that the GM would be there in the a.m. & told him to come back at 6am. Which he will, not that it’s gonna make any difference. These days nobody worries about losing customers bc it doesn’t hurt businesses like it did in the past…… this is a nice pilot, what a shame… BTW pilot? You should check out your own site, reviews, there’s a reason people take piks & it’s actually free advertising for you!

The place is fine, food is overpriced.
Interesting and not sure why shower soap looks contaminated. It has to be clear or all white. But looks like this one has a deposit above it.

Spent $950.00 in fuel here today. Guy at the cou ter couldn't help me with my card so I could get a shower. I had mentioned if you buy fuel, you get a free shower. He said I don't know, and he wasn't trained. Really? Yiu can't be serious. He did say he could charge me for a shower. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I will never buy fuel here again.

I frequent pilot flying J's all over the country because I try to get as many points as I can. This pilot is second to none because one of the employees I had the pleasure of meeting on June 8th, 2023. His name is Chris. I happen to be driving a truck that is labeled Bud light. As you can imagine I'm getting a lot of weird looks when I'm driving down the interstate. When Chris was leaving for his home after work, he stopped to say hello and just inquire how things were going. We ended up talking for a good while, and his friendly personality made me, someone who travels for a living, feel welcome and at home. I woke up the next morning and there he was again, saying good morning. I realized someone took the Liberty to pee on the side of my truck, probably because it says Bud light. How rude. When I told Chris about it he offered to hook up a hose for me to hose off the yucky smell. See the included pictures. I went inside to use the shower, and there he was again telling me if I have any problems let him know. After my shower I went outside to get ready to leave, and I see him pressure washing the concrete by the car pumps. Chris went above and beyond.
