Sold me a dell laptop they said was brand new. Got home and when i started it up, i immediately got the blue screen error that completely broke my laptop. Called them and they said I have to submit a warranty claim with Dell even though I just got the laptop from them less than a hour before. After working with dell for months, they told me the laptop was not new and was refurbished. Got the laptop back from dell and got the same error again less than 3 days later. That was 2 moths and still waiting for it back

First, this is a for profit business attached to a nonprofit college. Second, I have problems using student funds every time I'm in. They send me to financial aid just for them to be confused as to why I'm there because I have more than enough funds. It would be helpful if they could print out a sheet with the books you need but they don’t. Prices are high too. I was able to get my uniforms for under 50 per set where it would be over 100 per set here. Just my take, I don’t have good luck with this school bookstore.
