The female service employee was very nice and helpful. The wait wasn’t bad, but when I am told the front was vacuumed and it comes back looking like this I was not impressed. I asked him to look at it and tell me if it looks like it was vacuumed and he said yes. This is exactly what it looked like when I dropped it off. There is no way that it was vacuumed. It would’ve been better if he would’ve just admitted that he forgot to vacuum it. Telling me it was vacuumed when it still looks like this was kinda insulting. Anyone with eyes can see leaves, dirt, debris and garbage that would easily vacuum up. I was really hoping that it would’ve been vacuumed because the weather has been really cold so I haven’t had a chance to vacuum it and it has gotten a lot dirtier than I like to keep it. Since vacuuming is part of the full service, I was really looking forward to it getting vacuumed.

These guys do a great job, bought my second brand new car from them. I made the mistake of buying from a different dealership last time and knew I needed to go back to Phil Meador. They are definitely not a high pressure dealership. They have been very patient with my indecisiveness and never once tried to “make the sale” they have always assisted me with kindness and respect. Worked with Skylar this time and he’s got a great demeanor and I instantly felt like he was trustworthy. We got right down to business and he got me taken care of. 10 out of 10 experience! Great job Phil Meador! I’ll be back!

I had the best car buying experience with the Phil Meador Subaru team! Our Salesperson, Harvey, was incredibly kind and went the extra mile to make a personal connection with our family. That extra step made a stressful process greatly enjoyable and made us feel like we were the most important clients. He went the extra mile to make sure we got the exact car we wanted. I was able to negotiate a fair price for our vehicle and never made to feel pressured into a specific price or financing situation. Brian was very reasonable with coming to an agreement on sticker price and Matt was so knowledgeable with the financial side of things. I was never put in a high-pressure situation while negotiating or adding/declining warranties. I will send anyone looking to buy a vehicle their way and look forward to utilizing their VIP service package! I'm looking forward to our continued relationship and know exactly where to go when we look to upgrade. 10/10, 5 stars all around! They have gained my business for life!

These guys were awesome to work with! You need to ask for Will if you head in here! He really cared and took care of us. We stopped by one day and did a little more shopping around. When my husband and I stopped in again the next day he remember every little detail about our conversation the previous day (which really gave him some brownie points). They made the process very smooth and they had great snacks in their waiting room.
