I want to give Reina a big shout out for how much patience she had for my dog he has had a bad experience probably due to a doctors visit and he has been a little anxious and not too happy when I take him in to get groomed, she finds a way to make him and I feel good and does an amazing job at getting him all cleaned up and handsome again! I am BEYOND UPSET with the grooming services this time around. They did NOT do the same service as last time. I don’t know what happened and why they made my dog look like this. In some areas her hair is shorter and in others her hair is longer. Her tail was completely cut off all around. I asked for a trim all around and they did the opposite. I will not be taking my dog to the same person next time. His name is Brayden S. This is unacceptable !!!!!!!

The 1st time we were there it was great! My dog was so cute. The 2nd time she got butchered. Thought we had an appointment w/ the 1st lady today… Apparently not… I showed the girl the picture of my dog and how we wanted her to look. I made it very, very clear or so I thought…. I came back to get her and once again she looks horrible!!!!!!! The pictures are in order. 1st one was awesome 2nd and 3rd…. What happened Completely disappointed once again. And not anything we can do until she grows out.

We’ve used PetSmart grooming for over two two years. Our two Golden Retrievers are always treated with care and professional attention. We get the Furminater treatment for their coats to help with shedding. During a recent visit, Irena was so friendly, accommodating, and professional with their hair cuts. Our dogs look beautiful. She went the extra mile to do the job. She is the reason we will return to PetSmart for grooming.

I always come here for my pets food and today Faith(employee) was very kind and helpful. I feel she makes great connections with customers and makes everyone feel welcome. She’s awesome and I think she deserves a raise!

It's very hit and miss recently with the grooming at this location. It used to be very well done, consistent and quick but now it seems the exact opposite. Took our dog in today and they completely missed trimming the tail and butt, and the past few nail trims didn't even look like the nails were touched.

We've had three cats taken care of here. Recently lost my 20 yo fur baby and the team here was extremely sympathetic and understanding. Wonderful experience here!
