Seriously the best customer service, quality, and value. Danny spent 3 separate days with us making sure we found the bikes that fit our body type and lifestyle the best. His staff was also very friendly and helpful. He’s also been there for questions as we’ve gotten to know our new bikes! If I could give this place a million stars I would!

Easy to reserve, pay, fill out waivers, etc on line. Show up. Quick tutorial. Then on our way. Going from never ever on e-bike to having fun very quickly. The staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Pedego e-bikes in Dana Point without reservation.

I've been a motorcyclist and a mountain biker for years. I purchased an e bike from this location and it changed my life. Pedego e bikes are the best of both worlds. My girlfriend and I went to Pedego in Dana Point to rent two e-bikes. Danny was very friendly and gave us wonderful service. They have good prices and we were able to see multiple sites on the route they had for us. I would highly recommend the place.

Danny is very thorough explaining the bikes. Answered all my questions when I originally had my mind set on the interceptor and ended up with the boomerang. Both great bikes with incredible reviews. I knew I wanted a Pedego and Danny was patient and accommodating in my indecisiveness. Sam who works on the bikes was very kind as well and we all laughed as I asked his opinion too. Reservation process was very easy. Booked online and we were also able to sign waiver form via an easy online process. Helmets were included in the rental price and when I called to ask questions the shop person was very friendly and helpful. The bikes we rented were clean and in good shape, and the seats were comfortable. A great experience and we will definitely do it again!

We had a fantastic time with e-bikes we rented for the whole day, riding from the shop down to San Clemente beach making all sorts of stops along the way. Great way to explore the PCH and cover a lot of ground in a short period of time! Super easy rental process and there are many bike sizes/options to suit anyone’s needs or skill levels.
