You will have a safety talk before the ride then fitted for your helmet and e-bike. Bikes are in excellent condition with plenty of power for the many uphill inclines.

Our 2.5 hour e-bike tour took us through much of Boulder countryside, downtown, CU, and along beautiful streams. The guide (Tanner) pointed out interesting places with history facts. We even stopped by the Mork-n-Mindy TV house 🙂 There is option for a bathroom stop if needed on the route. You can pretty much use the power assist the whole time and not needing to physically pedal.

We felt safe the whole experience and the e-bike tour is great for individual, families or groups. Fun times - book it, you won’t regret!

Such an amazing place to rent bikes! Everyone who works there is so nice, welcoming and helpful! We rented ebikes for 2 hours and we had a great ride all over boulder. They were able to give us directions so that we could hit a bunch of different views. We rode by the farmers market in town which was awesome as well! I run a customer success team and they truely have created a 6 star experience!

AMAZING!!! They were so accommodating for our large group! They gave us waters, sunscreen, cookies. The tour itself was excellent! Alan, our tour guide, provided us with so much information! Highly recommend! We’ve done a bike tour in Boulder with a different company and Pedego blew them out of the water!! 10/10!

We went into the Pedego boulder store a few weeks ago “just to look around” AKA famous last words when it comes to our weekend retail adventures more often than not. Having rented Pedego bikes from the Carlsbad, CA location in vacations past, we knew the quality with the 5 year warranty and range of 50-60 miles per charge were exactly what we wanted and needed. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by Tina with and Cheyenne with smiles and letting us look around for a few minutes with no pressure at all. After a little bit of surveying the new bike selection we were asked what type of riding we plan to do and where we would be doing the most riding. After discussing the details and options of a few different bikes we did a couple test rides and eventually settled on a Ridge Rider for myself and the Interceptor Platinum step through for my wife. The only hard part was pulling the trigger on the total price but as they say, buy once, cry once.

They were so accommodating by swapping out handlebars for my wife’s bike and changing to a more aggressive tire. We picked them up a few days later after yet another Colorado spring snow and couldn’t be happier with our decision. We’re both approaching our 100 mile tuneup and will be adding a few accessories to mine before we head out to Moab for some real adventures.

I can’t speak highly enough about these bikes and the people at the Boulder store are top notch when it comes to explaining and describing all the different ways to make the bikes your own. If you’re considering e-bikes, don’t do anything until you give Pedego a serious look

From start to finish, this was an amazing experience! Tina was friendly and welcoming and gave a thorough presentation on how to use the e-bikes. Everyone in the store was kind and patient. Our guide, James, was the loveliest! He was knowledgeable and gave great tidbits about the neighborhoods we passed through as well as the history of certain buildings, houses, and the mountains. James was super friendly and felt like a friend by the end. We had a small snafu and Tina and James handled it like pros. The bikes were awesome, comfortable, and rode super smooth. What a great way to see a new city! Can’t wait to take another tour!

I couldn't agree more to all the previous positive reviews!!! If you're looking for a great way to explore Boulder this is it! Tina welcomed us right away and got us started. All the staff are friendly, professional and there to make sure you have a great experience. We immediately had trust and our guide, Luke, was absolutely terrific! Bikes were in great condition. Pedego provides water, sunscreen, and saddlebags. Everything was fantastic!! Would do it again!!

Our electric bike tour around Boulder was one of the best tours we have taken in a long time. Tina and the entire staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. My son and I had not used an E-bike before, and the instructions and orientation to the bike were well presented and easy to understand. After a few waivers and a quick ride around the parking lot to ensure that we understood how the bike functioned, we were ready to go. Luke, our guide, was amazing and provided interesting information and facts along the way. This was a 2.5 hour tour, and you definitely get to experience many areas around Boulder. The views are spectacular and riding the E-bike is very fun. We would 100% take this tour again the next time we are in Boulder. I highly recommend this tour more for anyone wanting to see the Boulder area and have a great time while doing it!

Tina, the owner, and her team deliver outstanding service. We purchased two new e-bikes from Pedego Boulder two years ago and from the start it has been like dealing with good friends. They go out of their way to answer your questions and show they care. The bikes are well-made and the batteries will take you for as far as you want to go on a single charge.
