This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. If you're considering working with them, think twice! Their support is a complete scam, and I strongly warn you—DO NOT add your credit card to their portal. They will keep charging you without consent, and you’ll be stuck running in circles just to get your own money back. It’s beyond frustrating!

Complete nightmare! The sales team are the worst and I was scammed. They charged me for a mistake they made and kept charging me. I had to put in a request to my bank to have the charges reversed and a stop payment. Stay away from this company and save yourself the stress and headache.

Like others have said, Pax8 isn’t what it used to be.

When we initially started with Pax8, we had a contact who was assigned to us. That contact would barely answer questions via email, and was always too busy to answer the phone. They would literally ignore our calls, then instantaneously send an email, attempting to carry the conversation there. This turned into emails being ignored altogether, and us being assigned to a group email. Well, that group couldn’t tell you if a naked baby was a boy or a girl.

Good look with customer service and or tech support. It is literally nonexistent.

When it comes to billing, that department is apparently staffed like a military bootcamp. As a customer, I honestly do not feel like I’m supported.

Overall, their support and practices have definitely declined. I highly encourage others to consider a better CSP.

I'm reading these reviews, and I'm clearly seeing that this company has not responded to any of them - and that is very concerning to me.

I just signed up with Pax8, and my onboarding rep did a great job. Nick Tran had answers to all of my questions, made the process smooth and easy, and generally made me feel great about getting into this relationship.

I came here to write this review, and reading all these other vendors having so many issues - this throws some cold water on my plans, because I've been screwed over by companies who have their eye on the almighty dollar, and have forgotten who got them where they are today.

Nick deserves a shoutout for doing a great job.

These reviews deserve to be answered for. Someone senior at Pax8 needs to get someone involved and sort out this mess - that it sounds like they are turning into. My concern is that this is a top-down set of decisions and actions, resulting in the outcomes others are sharing.

If my relationship turns sour - I'll be back.

Be careful! They overcharge you for licenses and make you jump through hoops to get it corrected. SentinelOne licenses being charged for months after they confirmed in writing my S1 subscriptions were all cancelled. Now another product, a vendor offered to fully refund the product because I wasn’t able to use it…. they approved full refund, and Pax8 said I can get 2/3 back (even though the vendor fully refunded Pax8 to refund me). I am “this” close to moving all of my $7000 a month in licensing to another CSP. Just not worth the headache anymore.

What happened to PAX8. Started with just the couple of account just to see if this could work. and boy has pax8 changed. cant ever get a hold of a single person in the entire pax8 company I even asked our "Agent Team" to call its actually easier to find a new company to help us. and that's what we decided on. We tested you guys for one client and another client on a different platform. and well you guys just had disappointment after disappointment. but again biggest frustration was that not a single person can pick a phone up. amazing. Pax8 has really lost their edge.

Also look at how many people are this dissapointed with PAX8 in the last year. what a joke. 6 years ago this company was awesome. another company sacrificing quality.......

They're been harassing our business day and night, calling all our phone lines one by one. That alone makes it clear we want to have nothing to do with you, and we never requested anything from you in the first place. Learn to conduct business in a more responsible and respectful way!
