This office is garbage anymore. Wasted a trip to find out they're closed for no apparent reason. They look for any excuse not to do their jobs.

State of colorado services have gone down the rabbit hole.

Before I post my review I just want to let everyone know that not all the ladies in the office are unpleasant or have a bad attitude.

All I did was asked a simple question on some title paperwork and was greeted with a police style attitude.

How dare anyone question a county-state office or official. rude, obnoxious arrogant and like they are above everyone.

Before any changes were implemented at the clerk & recorders office it was a pleasant atmosphere. Workers with a down to earth demeanor easy to talk to or joke with now get straight to the point and don't ask any question because we will not or cannot answer your question on title work.

Just my experience & freedom of speech.
