Amazing food and amazing service! Our server Monica is so amazing!!! Dessert is a must have! We got nachos, soup, bread pudding and pizza. Lots of serving! Price is great! Must stop before you drive to Estes park! Ambience is cozy and they allow dogs in the patio! Overall amazing!

We stopped at Oskar Blues Lyon location on our way back from Estes. It is a big place. They have a patio, small deck, restaurant area, downstairs bar, and small arcade. They have a full menu and their beers including: a pils, pale ale, scotch ale, lager, and a Hazy. I personally liked the old chub scottish. If I am in the area again I may grab a bite.

Really pleasantly surprised by the food here. Popped in on a whim, since options were slim at night in Lyons. They seemed kinda busy and front of the house seemed a bit understaffed maybe. The tall older gentleman appeared to be bartender/server and is very kind calm and busy. For his attitude service was great but he had to run the whole restaurant alone basically. Even so we got our food at a very reasonable time for how busy they seemed. To my surprise the food was excellent for typical bar fare. I had the spicy chicken sandwich. Everything about it was excellent! Honey siracha with jalapeños and coleslaw. I was thinking the jalapeños might be too much however the coleslaw balanced them out perfectly and the honey with the sirach' superb. The Chicken itself breaded and fried perfectly. I was so surprised that I literally wanted to order another one. Oh fries were great as well. Didn't have any beers but selection seemed decent. Outside patio seating appeared nicer than inside. Kinda typical dive bar restaurant look. Back of the house must kick @ss because food was being rocked out but we heard the other worker woman talking crap about other employees and was generally not pleasant as she seemed annoyed that I asked her if the kitchen was busy (because I wanted to order more food) or if I could have some mayonnaise. Maybe she was super busy or having a bad day. I want to go back to try other menu items but I probably won't expect great service and the prices are a little high but the food is definitely worth it from my experience.

Ordered OB Burger with fries.
Haven’t had such wonderful burger for a long time.

Great food. The fish & chips are outstanding. I order it frequently. Beers available from several breweries. Weekly live music most of the time there's no cover charge. Small area with pinball machines. Cozy atmosphere.

Super cute restaurant. Sat at the bar downstairs. Our Bartender was friendly, funny and took great care of us. My Moscow mule was very well balanced and refreshing. My husband ordered the Trustifarian Burger. It was delicious. Meat was cooked perfectly so the burger was still very juicy and it wasn’t overpowered by the goat cheese. I had the Smoked Pork Green Chili. I have never had chili this way and it was so flavorful. Right amount of heat packing a nice punch of green chili. Loved the potatoes they added in. I had some leftover and poured the chili over breakfast tacos the next morning. I would buy this stuff by the gallon it was so delicious. Thanks for the great food and amazing service. We will definitely be back!!

Oskar Blues is THE place to go after a long hike! Especially when it’s hot out and you need a nice cold beer! We were seated right away on the outside patio (had it to ourselves at lunch time) , and our waitress brought us water right away! We ordered an Eeyore Mule, and an Oskar Lager (they were temporarily out of the Mama Pils which I had wanted). Lunch was a tasty and fresh Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and some of the best Fish & Chips I’ve seen in awhile! The waitress came to check on us often, food and beer was delicious. She even brought out a half glass of the Mama Pils after it was tapped. Great lunch and one of my favorite spots in Lyons! Great, friendly environment perfect for family, friends and just relaxing with a good beer!

What an awesome space to enjoy some good food and live music. Cool to see the OG Oskar Blues too. This place seems never ending once you start walking through the different sections. There are multiple dining areas, bars, and an arcade! Def enjoyed the food after a long day driving in RMNP. If it wasn’t for the pushy service, not sure why since the place was nearly deserted, it was on course for a full five stars.
