I have lived in West St. Paul for almost thirteen years with my wife Nancy, who passed away
In March of this year. We both have been treated for many of the same conditions. The outcomes have been different, but we both have been truly satisfied with therapy we received and the professionalism of the therapists and support staff.

Personally, I have had treatment for knee issues, shoulder issues and most importantly
BALANCE ISSUES.

The many therapy sessions for my knees and shoulder prepared me to be in excellent health for both surgeries. After the shoulder surgery on my lift shoulder, Steve worked wonders with the new shoulder. Currently I can do everything with my shoulder
Example showering, cooking, laundry and lifting heavy objects.

My new knee has been a project for Kim and Lori. They are both excellent therapists and extremely patient with the older population. I’m still receiving therapy for the knee, and it is so much better than the old one. Don’t know why I waited.

OSI has a great team-receptionist & therapist create a warm and engaging climate. My therapist took time to learn my health history, identify specific areas for improvement and set realistic goals - establishing a program that challenges me. They have great online program for tracking progress but also offer paper formats if that is preferred. Trust me when I say “You can feel the care”.

Physical therapy is a lot of work, but what better place to find relief and work with therapists that really care and are so professional. What a huge help they have been with my lower back pain!
