Great store with lots of good choices. They are super organized with all the sizes color coordinated so it was easy to look for things. I'm grateful they were friendly and offered to help me find pieces for our Halloween costumes. I would definitely come back!

We’ve sold here a few times and gotten okay money but this time was ridiculous. The workers don’t wanna take the time to actually look at clothes and do their job. We brought a whole bag of clothes and we’re told it was a 3- 3 1/2 hour wait, it took them only an hour which was nice and then we’re told they only wanted to purchase 13 things for 19 dollars which again isn’t bad. They just are so rude every time we come in. Always have an attitude. The lady helping us said they wouldn’t look at the clothes that were inside out because it takes too long ( was one pair of jeans) and then said we barely get through things as it is. Every time we come here something is an issue. Don’t waste your time. Went to kid to kid across the street and had a much better customer service experience. The girls were so nice and helpful and actually explained what they do and don’t take in a not demeaning way.

A hard-working staff in a store that offers everything a family needs to clothe, educate, and provide toys for their children. Once Upon a Child offers families the opportunity to get money back on what they purchased for their children. That is a very nice option.

I've been shopping this location for 4.5 years and I know ownership has changed in that time. Ever since ownership changed I have felt a difference. The pricing seems a bit higher even compared to Kid2Kid or the other Once Upon a Child over off county line. This location is larger and often has a great selection so I keep trying it but often leave feeling a bit disappointed. This last shopping trip I was looking through shoes and saw several toddler shoes (I was in the girls 7,8,9 bins) very dirty! Like a pair of keen sandals caked in dried mud on the bottom in with all the other shoes for $17. I understand things will not look brand new but shame on the person who brought them in like that and also to the employees who put them in the bin in that condition. I needed a pair of rain boots and the ones I liked were also covered in dirt on the bottom. I asked about getting a discount considering how dirty they were and the employee let me know that they consider that when pricing things. I also asked about talking with a manager to bring up the issue and she just said that one wasn't up there at the moment. I had to get to a meeting so didn't want to wait around or press the issue.
As rain boots I know I can clean them off easily but was still surprised by the condition. Definitely washed my hands and everything purchased thoroughly when I got home and don't plan to go back to this location when the other options in the area offer a better experience. I wish I would have taken a photo of some of the shoes I saw but didn't think about it until I was home and all my things clean.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is amazing. This place saved me when I found I was pregnant with my now 5 month old daughter. Their prices are amazing they are clean and very organized. There time wait is always on point. They take time and pride in what they do for us!

The whole point of coming here is to get rid of kid clutter, but now they won't accept items unless they are in a plastic bin. They have empty plastic bins everywhere in their processing area, but they don't let you borrow and place your items in them. You have to buy and keep their old used bins if you don't have one when you come. (They force you to keep a gross used bin at the end) I wish they were like other consignments where they just provide you with something to place your items in when
you arrive and allowed you to use whatever was convienient in your home to bring it in.

I ended up not selling to them because I didn't want to return with extra clutter at the end. Go to Kid to Kid

Shopper be aware of returning policy. At the bottom of the receipt it says items need to have the tag attached, if it isn’t they will not refund your money! Even though on the receipt it shows specifically the item that was purchased. I spent $190 and my granddaughter took the tag off while trying it on when I got home. Very bad customer service!!

I think this store is fantastic. Could not believe the great quality of the clothes. I think the prices are fair... but so much better when they have a sale. I bought high quality, fun dresses for my granddaughter and some clothes for my grandson. All have been worn and enjoyed and still look amazing. Last trip I bought a pair of shoes for my grandson for $5 and he loves them and wears them every day. For me, some of the other stores are overwhelming with all of the clothes and I didn't like the quality of some of the items. This is where I go when the kids need to size up.
