The car wash itself is acceptable, however the hours are unpredictable. They rarely follow the posted hours. It is currently after 9am on a Friday. The hours posted online, on their website,and on the reader boards say they open at 8. They are still closed. If this was a one time occurrence, I wouldn't dream of writing a review. However, it seems like they open when they want, close when they want, and don't give notice for when they are closed.
This is incredibly frustrating when you pay for a monthly pass but can't use it because they are closed during "normal" posted operating hours.

What a sad experience I had at a place that used to top notch. 5 customers in line one cashier going as fast as she could to get through the line the other standing at the back counter playing on her phone.I needed a receipt and the printer wasn't working so the cashier offered to let me take a picture with my phone. I give five stars to the cashier Sherri who was attentive and kind. One star for the rest of the visit

Carwash is junk. Soap is terrible and the brush doesn't provide soap. 1.25 per min so it's very expensive. I don't recommend. There is a much nicer wash down the way.

Junk wash is all I can say. Don't waste your time or money

We pushed your help button and I did not send no one are way. The wash did not even get all the mud off and, the workers are rude and disrespectful. Would not come back ever agin.

Why does Mr. Gas not accept EBT? It's 2021...everyone that sells food accepts EBT nowadays. It's incredibly inconvenient and discriminatory of a certain customer base to say that form of payment isn't acceptable currency...

This Mr. Gas is the best!! They always have the answers to any questions you have, and they are always happy and friendly!! I prefer this Mr. Gas over any other one in Burley!!! Thanks for always treating your customers so good!!! 😀
