I love our library. Nice librarians. Good security guards. They deal with situations on a calm way that is effective and deescalates. I like the library app. I like the free copies and no late fees. I recently I got help with phone security there. It’s a nice place for everyone.

I wanted to walk into the library, but I stayed in my car as there were drugged up homeless men hanging around outside. As a single woman of color there was NO WAY I was going to walk into danger. Sad to see a library be a hangout for drugs and aggressive homeless. This small City needs help.

It's a nice library designed to serve the public. Too bad the filthy homeless have overrun this facility and constantly stink the place up. Now you have feral humans peeing on the toilet seats, writing graffiti on the walls, and sleeping in the building. There should be uniformed officers patrolling to restore the library to its original purpose. A place to enlighten the mind.

Great place to study, with impressive study rooms. The whole place reeks of cigarettes. I know this place is open to the public but allowing people who make the library smell like a Vegas Hotel in the facility is gross.

Great place! I always get my books here because of its variety of books and great atmosphere. I live close to it and come very often. Great place!

This is one of the worst libraries I've ever been in, some the rudest staff and employees I've seen. I had my glasses taken from where I was working and asked a staff member if anyone had seen a pair of glasses and they give me a rude side eye look and say in an extremely rude manner "No I haven't seen your glasses!". I mentioned this to one of the libraries supervisors but she rolled her eyes and put it off as if it was not important.

Great library in the heart of Fort Collins, plus it is in a nice park. Parking for this place is a bit difficult as it is mostly 2 hrs street or garage parking downtown

This place is so cruel to the homeless people who go here on a daily they won't even let the women with baby's who are homeless sit upstairs without telling them to go downstairs to the kids area they also wont let anyone sleep or rest at all and they pick and choose who to be cruel to because of being homeless this isn't the kind of place to come to if you wanna be treated with respect or be treated like a human being
