If you are in the market for a vehicle you can't beat the customer service and prices of these guys! I had a strict budget I needed to stay in but was asking for a lot and Ruben was patient and really listened to what I needed in a truck all while making sure to get me the best one and stay in my budget! My Grammy & I were car shopping & came upon Off Road Automotive...didn't get anything that day..So we came back 3weeks later & Ruben new who we were & showed us a few cars.Ruben & Lues said i have a real beauty for you! It was amazing..they let us take it for the day & I feel in love.

Place is great. Very low stress shopping and negotiating experience. Lots of arcade type games in the office to keep kids busy if ya got em, snacks, and overall relaxed atmosphere. Was dreading finding a replacement for my dead car on short notice, and the experience here was extremely pleasant. They are trying to set themselves apart from the typical dealership experience and are nailing it. Dee and Jordan were very helpful, thanks guys!

Please consider this before buying!!!! I Bought a car from this dealership in November. The vehicle had the check engine light on which was concerning to me. But I really liked the vehicle AND I took my test drive with one of their in house mechanics who assured me he knew exactly what was wrong and also assured me it would be a simple fix. Since the purchase they have had the vehicle in their possession more than I have. I
dropped off the vehicle 5 times!! With this last time being for over 5 weeks!!! And my check engine light is still on lol. 2 of the previous times I dropped it off they did no work to the car at all just had it sitting on their lot getting wrecked by the weather despite telling me they were ready to work on it. Besides the engine light I was told the other issue was “just the sway bars” and it ended up being a suspension issue. To make matters worse I find out the Mechanic who I took the test drive with isn’t even qualified to work on an engine of that caliber he had to outsource it to another mechanic. Meaning he was just talking out of his *** on the test drive and had no idea what was wrong. It was only after the 5th time I dropped off my car that I was offered a loaner vehicle. The first loaner was a minivan lol… that one ran out of gas on my way back to work after picking it up. The second loaner died in the parking lot and wouldn’t start as I was coming home from the store the same night they gave it to me. I was promised a 3rd one by their mechanic who said he was going to drop it off to me at work as an apology for all the issues I was having. The morning he was supposed to drop it off he completely stop responding to my texts.
I did eventually get a 3rd loaner car weeks later but I had to physically go down to the dealership and argue with them for over an hour about the situation. The 3rd one was also a piece of garage with warning lights on and no where close to the value of the car I purchased. Mind you 2 of these cars are being sold are their website… meaning they could’ve given me whatever they wanted but choose to continuously give me bottom of the barrel. So after being lied to NUMEROUS times. I sent a very angry text to the overweight sales manager Luis who said I was being rude and said “I don’t even have to fix the car, so choose your next text wisely” like I was out of line for being upset about this cluster of a situation. making threats to customers is acceptable behavior here I guess?
Anyway about 3months later and the check engine light is still on. It is still making the noises I was concerned about on my test drive but they aren’t going to honor it because it’s becoming too pricey and too much of a headache for them even though fix “check engine light” is stated in my contract. I will have to waste more money than I already have taking Ubers and renting cars to fix my car and take them to court simply because I trusted what these guys were telling me.
Their GM (small bald guy) is knowledgeable about financing and well connected with banks he can work some magic to get you approved with a solid interest rate; so if your credit is bad but your income is good it may be worth the risk... but other than that he’s an ***. Every interaction I had with the guy post purchase was negative even before the car was giving all of us a headache. If you have decent credit I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you taking your hard earned money somewhere else. They do have some good cars but they also have some duds. Why would you want to risk it? Like I said 2 of the loaner cars I was given are for sale on their website right now and they drove like crap. I am not the first person to have this issue here. My story (to this extreme) may be uncommon but how they treated this anomaly speaks volumes to their character. Give your money to better, more deserving people. The salesman that sold me the car no longer works there because he was tried of watching all the shady stuff they do! If that doesn’t tell you something idk what will?

Today 5-31-24 wife and I came to this dealership and right away was greeted by the most awesome salesman her or I have ever encountered, his name is Eric absolutely such a nice guy. Very patient, Super helpful in making sure we found a vehicle that we would be happy with. We were treated like family and not like dollar signs we left making a new friend and taking home a sweet 2017 nissan rogue this place has a little bit of everything from sports cars, muscle cars, trucks and suv's I would Highly Recommend this dealership to anyone looking for something different
