I placed an order with this company and paid for 2 day priority shipping. It took them 3 or 4 business days to ship my order. It then took 5 days to receive. When I called to ask if there was anyway I could be refunded the cost of the expedited shipping I was told they were not Amazon and that there was nothing they were willing to do for me. Needless to say I was highly disappointed with the customer service and experience with October Country.

Went to track of the wolf they were able to take my order to bad because I an a native of Idahoand wanted to keep my business here
