New dental for office for me. Hate going, but had a good experience here. It was pretty calm and quiet. Not very busy which I liked. Everyone was friendly

All these reviews are complete opposite of the Yelp reviews.
Northglenn Smiles is not professional, doesn't do the work they are paid to do, will not take responsibility for bad service and will fight with your insurance company to keep the money they have received as if they have 'completed' the work.
Lets go back to Nov 2023. And then in May of 2024... After 6months I still did not have a denture. I've never waited 6 months or even 6 weeks. They rebuilt the plate 3 times because (1-) It was crooked and off center (If you can imagine having a big tooth in the middle of your smile) (2-) Didn't fit.. Was the wrong color. Not even as white as the plate I had which was 10 yrs old. (3-)Protruded on one side out towards the inside of cheek and didn't match my bottom teeth at all. As if they were just "making me some teeth and I would get used to it"
It was a horrible experience. They charged my insurance for implants on the bottom but we 'never started that procedure''. I requested a full refund of my insurance payments so that I would still have my benefits to use at another Dental office. They refused to refund any benefits regarding my bottom teeth, which again, we never even started anything with that procedure. At this point, I lost my coverage for implants which I saved for over 3 years. My benefit only allowed the procedure once in 5 years. I have the same teeth that I had built 10 years ago. Still in pain and can't chew my food because my bottom teeth are so bad.
Then yesterday...11-2024, I received a bill from a year ago.. 11-22-2023 for $240. You have GOT TO BE KIDDING ME... I guess I will have to file a complaint with the Board of Dentistry to stop them. If you are looking for a good dentist, this is NOT the place to go. Look at the Reviews. I thought I had researched them but somehow I missed all the negative reviews. p.s. Dr T thinks he's mr perfect and knows your mouth better than you do. Any time I told him 'it's wrong...etc. He disagreed with me and told me HE thought it was fine. I could go on. 6 months for an upper plate..ridiculous.

The staff here are very kind and patient. I get horribly nervous when it comes to my teeth and dentists. It's funny because my mum actually called them beforehand to let them know of my anxiety. The dentist staff are attentive and patient (and forgiving 🥹).

Best dentist I have used and I have been through a lot of them. Root canal went like a dream, they treat you like a priority and the check in technology is top notch.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A few days after my appointment, I received a massive bill from my insurance. Turns out this shady dentistry charged me for services I did not consent to. Currently fighting with insurance about it now. Seriously save yourself the trouble & go elsewhere.

The dentists and support staff at this office are wonderful. From basic cleanings to more extensive dental work, they are friendly, and do their best to make you feel comfortable. They explain everything they are doing very well and they patiently answer your questions. My dental health has also improved a great deal since coming to this office! I would most definitely recommend receiving your dental care here.

Best dentist I’ve ever been to. They helped me clear up my coverage issues, discounted my bill by like 75%, are incredibly knowledgeable and proactive with care. The lovely lady at the front desk said she would hound me down to make sure I keep scheduling regular cleanings and checkups to ensure that the issues from my first visit do not recur and I keep my dental and periodontal hygiene in tip top condition.
